Hi, welcome to signups for my author run of PFS 4-11 Prisoners of the Electric Castle for PbP Gameday XII, which will start Sept. 4. The players for this game will be decided by lottery.
We’ll be playing on the Paizo forums, and I will be using Google Drawings for any combats. My expectations are 5-10 posts a week from everyone (i.e., averaging 1-2 a day, though I recognize weekends tend to be slower).
Please provide your character name, class, level, and ancestry in your submission for the lottery. You can also include your familiarity with play-by-post (this won't factor into the lottery, but will help me know if I need to explain more or less when we get started). Please note this scenario is for Levels 7-10. There are no pregens for these levels, so you will need to have a character that are in those levels.

Hey let me throw my topper hat into the ring. I did play that scenario, so I would use a replay to play it again. I would love to be part in author run of this!
Unfortunatelly my lvl 10 have played it, and the next one is my lvl 7 Wizard
Zazu Darksnout - Wizard (Illusionist), lvl 7, Ratfolk
I am decently familiar with play-by post (played roughly 220 games in that format). I am also doing some attempts in GM'ing ;) ( I have around 25 GM tables under my belt).
Vella Twiceforged |
Dotting in to make my submission with Vella Twiceforged (dwarven champion of Saloc, level 9).
I've played the prior scenario of this duology (4-06) with her, and while haven't played with her in PbP (as you can tell by my needing to update her forum profile) I've plenty of experience with the format - played ~80 scenarios and run ~50 tables of it on these forums.
*NOTE*: I have run this table shortly after it was released. I would of course keep Vella's actions in-character/leave major decision points to the other PCs, but if you'd prefer to run for completely 'fresh' players totally understand!

So, looks like I should have waited to answer a little bit longer. We got a note yesterday saying we should have players seated. Fortunately, we have four people interested, so we now have four players who are definitely in!
If anyone else wants to join, I'll continue a lottery for the last two spots. *That* deadline will remain Sept. 1.
In the meantime, I'll set up an RPG Chronicles sign-in sheet and post that link in the next few days (or possibly today as time permits).

While I have greatly enjoyed author-run scenarios, some of the best experiences I have had with PbP is when someone runs a connected Series. I "save" my runs of known-Series for single characters, and lately, now "save" those runs for GMs who express interest in running the Series.
Almost totally applied, but yeah, gunna wait for the Series run on this one!

Hey all, please sign in here to make this all official. I'd like sign-ins to be done by Sept. 1, please.
