Now recruiting here for PFS1 module Curse of the Riven Sky (Tier 9-11). Please note the 72-hour priority seating window if you're currently running a PFS scenario via play-by-post.

GM Abraham |

I'm recruiting for 1 or 2 PCs to join Level (Floor) 11 of the Emerald Spire (The Tomb of Yarrix), which is suitable for characters level 8-10.
Our group lost one PC so the party now consists of an alchemist, a bloodrager, and a skald. The PC that dropped out was a frontliner so they could probably use another one.
The party has just completed the first encounter of the adventure and then we were on hiatus while I spent a couple months off the grid :-)
Preference for PCs who wish to continue on in the Spire (there are 5 more floors after this one) but that's not required. For those not familiar with the emerald spire, each floor grants 3 xp, though some floors advancing at slow tier is advised to stay in tier for the entire adventure (which maxes out at levels 11-13).
Please post in the recruitment thread here if interested.

Actually that reminds me. Anyone up for Level 4 (Godhome) of the Emerald Spire?
HERE is the Signup Sheet Levels 3 to 5.

I'd be more than happy to run one of the low level evergreen scenarios.
Off the back of this I'm planning to run PFS1 #5-08: The Confirmation, a scenario for level 1-2 characters (and evergreen when played with a level 1 character). Recruitment priority will be given to anyone who is new to play by post (and first come first served otherwise) and I'm planning on starting the game in a couple of weeks time.
The recruitment thread can be found here

Qstor wrote:I would be interested to join either of these if someone decides to run it. :-)I might run that after New Year's.
Anyone willing to run The Witchwar Legacy or The Harrowing? :)
I don't think I've ever done The Witchwar Legacy.
Incidentally, why is all this recruitment mushrooming up now?

Guys we need two level 8-10 PFS Standard PCs to join us for this module (3 xp, 4 pp). We currently have a bloodrager (myself), an alchemist and a skald who can give us a pretty nasty rage. Some healing or melee or a mix of both would be nice, but anything would do as we already carry wands and potions, etc.

You know, 8-07, From Tome of Righteous Repose is an interesting evergreen. Even if you have Dmed it 20 times, creatures can be anywhere in the dungeon, treasures can be anywhere in the dungeon, 3 different maps are used. And you can run into different creatures every single time.
Even if you Dmed it 20 times, it is nearly impossible to metagame it even by accident. Looking up the creature's stats after you identify what it is the exception, but that is about it. The point I'm making is that Dming it so many times or playing it so many times doesn't spoil it. This is my 3rd time Dming it, but I never got to play it.
It is an evergreen, any DMs up for hosting it? I never got to be on the other side of it and play it. I'm interested to see where you put monsters and treasures. In the corner of the room. Hidden and ducked down behind the altar. In the hallway. In the center of the room. Or maybe you decide to put 3 archers in one of the largest rooms and spread them out. What about the items. I would like to see how another decides to host this game.

I've got two PCs I could credit it to and one of those is a character I'd like to try out that I have been dumping GM credits on. She's a magical girl undine water kineticist - can any one say Mizuno Ami aka Senshi Mercury? Currently sixth level.
But yeah. I just finished Beacon Below so I'm okay with taking on another. I'll set up a signup thing tomorrow with one seat reserved for Double Gold. Besides, you're GMing it for me right now, so its my turn to return the favour.
So how much comedy gold can I get in there? :)

I shall now take the step akin to what a public-office aspirant might call "forming an exploratory committee" for running my own game of "Oathbreakers Die!" sometime in/over the next few months (Standard, of course); would anyone be interested?
I would, by the way, need an assistant for the technical interface/reporting side of things (not even a DM-Star can cure Perpetual-N00b Syndrome [P-NS], you see; the struggle is real!).

...and another for Emerald Spire Level 4

Shamelessly signing up for this ES4 so that I am more prepared when it's time to run mine (as the GM for DoubleGold's group)

For those of us who have never played/run any version of it what is the significance of it being 'Version D'? Were there any changes in location or something like that?
Each version had some variation in the encounters inside. Sort of like an alternate reality of the scenario each time where it began the same but where you went after the first encounter or two shifted.
You could actually play each version of the scenario with the same character. I have a character that has a chronicle sheet for each one.
But you could only play A-C during a certain time period after they were released and D is now the definitive version.

And that is not Evergreen?
BTW, I've been wondering about your avatar: Daemon, gnoll, or what??

Okay thanks!

Howdy all, finally made it through a rough work block and have some spoons available for a scenario. Or something like that, my games don't move that fast but so far all have finished. And occasionally people even say they enjoyed them!
Anyway, I am planning to run a tier 3-7 or 5-9 Core Scenario (theoretically I would do a Tier 1-7 if no one has established PCs to play). So, does anyone have any burning requests?
