Dipelling Attack Targeted Dispel: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23

Spoiler:
Debilitating Injury (Ex):
Disoriented: The target takes a –2 penalty on attack rolls. In addition, the target takes an additional –2 penalty on all attack rolls it makes against the rogue. At 10th level and 16th level, the penalty on attack rolls made against the rogue increases by –2 (to a total maximum of –8).

These penalties do not stack with themselves, but additional attacks that deal sneak attack damage extend the duration by 1 round. A creature cannot suffer from more than one penalty from this ability at a time. If a new penalty is applied, the old penalty immediately ends. Any form of healing applied to a target suffering from one of these penalties also removes the penalty.

Dispelling Attack (Su) (Pathfinder Unchained pg. 24): An opponent that is dealt sneak attack damage by a rogue with this ability is affected by a targeted dispel magic affecting the lowest-level spell effect active on the target. The caster level for this ability is equal to the rogue’s level. A rogue must have the major magic rogue talent to select this advanced talent.

With a touch, you can heal a willing living creature of an amount of damage equal to your kinetic blast’s damage. Instead of paying the burn cost yourself, you can cause the recipient to take 1 point of burn. If you do so, the recipient takes 1 point of nonlethal damage per Hit Die he possesses, as usual for burn; this damage can’t be healed by any means until the recipient takes a full night’s rest.

If it works, she will attempt to heal the monk so they don't bleed out while unconscious.

Invisible, and watching her teammates try to subdue the monks rather than kill them, Inga quickly, and silently, asks the spirits for advice.
@GM: Using my Explore, Report, Cooperate boon. Wondering if keeping the monks alive will affect the Secondary Success Condition.

Explore, Report, Cooperate:
As a free or immediate action, you may consider whether a particular action you name —such as subduing but not killing an enemy, befriending an NPC, or recovering a particular item— would help realize the goals of the Pathfinder Society. The GM then informs you whether the actions impact would be positive (contributes to meeting a secondary success condition for the scenario), negative (opposes the secondary success condition), or negligible (neither contributes to nor opposes the secondary success condition). If none of these three options accurately reflects the action's impact on the PC's fulfillment of the secondary success conditions, the GM may respond with a phrase of five words or less. Once you use this boon, cross it off your Chronicle sheet.

Will take actions after Klaus' AoO is resolved & Inga's question is answered.

Time for some fun. First time using this spell with a deliver touch attack...

Inga takes a few steps forward to get just behind Klaus.
"The monk in yellow." she whispers to Klaus telepathically as she nods with a devilish grin at the monk.
"Give him a shock to his heart he won't forget."
A writhing aura of dark energy appears around Inga's hand. The energy flows over to Klaus and swirls about his large ectoplasmic hand.

Inga rolls her eyes in disappointment as Klaus fumbles the spell attack.

Klaus snatches at the monk with one charged hand but stumbles, the dark energy dispersing into the ground beneath. Enraged at the embarassment, he uppercuts the monk with extra leverage, lifting him off his feet. The acolyte lands, shaking his head unsteadily as he corrects his stance.
