Skivven:
You see a ghostly figure rise from the reflecting pool, hovering within the cloud of smoke, and make arcane gestures! Flying 15ft high.

Inga and Daedin both recall there being water in the courtyard pool, but the smoke prevents confirming that it is still there. However, the sound of arcane language catches Daedin's ear, somewhere within the cloud.

Appearing from thin air, great hailstones pelt down on the party, inflicting a chill battering on everyone outside of the monastery doors!

Bludgeoning Damage: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 4, 1) = 11
Cold Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (6, 4) = 10

Snow and sleet swirl around the air as the stones settle on the ground, becoming rough ground, as Jathyl's cackling laughter rings out from the smoke.

Inga & Klaus don't take any damage from the ice storm. I mentioned in this post that the two were running towards the fire. I just never moved their icons on the map, but, I did now.

Taking cover behind the pillars, Skivven pops a wand out of his spring loaded wrist sheath and bonks himself on the head, uttering an arcane syllable.

I think by strict reading, Grunjar can't select the benefit until his next turn, as his turn has already started when the spell is cast. So Drusilla should definitely be able to catch up with him!

Skivven sees Daedin fire a miracle shot through the smoke, somehow picking out the right square to target and sending his arrow straight into the spirit! Jathyl screams in fury, Skivven seeing her head whip around to stare in Daedin's direction in rage.

Unfortunately, by the wording of incorporeal and ghost salt, it only allows full weapon damage, not sneak attack. But also, 50% miss chance for being in the cloud prevents it too!

Flying out of the smoke, Daedin sees the angry spirit bear down on him, reaching out with a clawed hand that passes through his armor and into his flesh, wounds bursting out along their trail.

Incorporeal Touch: 1d20 ⇒ 2
Corrupting Touch: 13d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 2, 6, 1, 1, 5, 2, 2, 5, 5, 6, 6) = 48 Fort save for half damage.

"Thieves! Desecrators! Your flesh is mine!" As the smoke clears, the party can clearly see her once beautiful figure, now disfigured and mutilated, impaled by quills and nails, her skin tattooed with shifting words. A crooked wand, one Daedin recognizes from the vision, is still grasped in her hand.

Knowledge Religion DC27:
Jathyl is clearly a ghost, an incorporeal undead, as you surmised. You also realize that the wand being a part of her manifestation is unusual, only possible if the original item still exists somewhere.

Knowledge Nature DC27:
As Daedin guessed, Jathyl was once a dryad, who should not be able to survive the destruction of her tree, let alone her forest. She is a unique case and likely retains some of her fey abilities.

About to use another buff, the ratfolk businessman pauses upon hearing the dwarf's comment about the wand, and instead turns himself invisible.

Resisting the corrupting touch with fortitude and luck, Daedin darts away, narrowly managing to avoid the flailing claws, before landing another ghost salt arrow into Jathyl. She swats at the offending shaft, but passes harmlessly through it, the ectoplasm spent in the attack.

Grunjar finishes buffing Drusilla, before moving towards the fire. Drusilla closes with the angry spirit, her morningstar making contact but not dealing as much damage as the ghost salted arrows.

Hesitant to get near the blazing fire, Klaus knows he needs to put it out to save the building and his friends. Steeling his resolve, he puffs out his chest and dashes to the eastern wall of the workshop. (If it's the western wall that needs to be broken down, he'll run to that one.)

He winds up his powerful fist and smashes it into the wall.

Klaus moves to the monastery gates, determination overcoming fear, as he batters at the side not yet on fire with a mighty blow, nearly smashing the entire wall down, but the door still hangs close to the fire!

The monk crawls away from the burning doorway, badly burned and oblivious to the fight going on in the courtyard.

Inga snaps her fingers to get Pradnyara's attention and quietly calls out to her,
"Psst! Pradnyara! Take care of this monk. He's badly burned," she points to the monk on the ground below her. "I'm going to fly over there to check on things." she points in Klaus' direction.

Using a burst of speed from the blessing, she quietly flutters over to the support wall near Grunjar, "Hi, Grunjar," hoping the ghost doesn't notice her.
Stealth: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20

Once behind the wall, she envisions a shimmering blue disc of force in her mind. With a wiggle of her nose, a shield of force suddenly appears hovering in front of her. She peeks around the wall and can see Drusilla in melee with the ghost.

Cast shield, +4 AC. Noted in header.

Botting Estara real quick.

Estara moves to follow Klaus, whipping some of the burning building at the front gate, blasting the structure out towards the shore, completing the fire break!

Telekinetic Blast: 1d20 ⇒ 4

Seemingly heedless of Drusilla standing before her, Jathyl flies after Daedin, reaching out with grasping hands once more!

Klaus only took a move action last turn so that he could delay and go either before or after Inga.

Hearing the grunts and voices of Daedin, Drusilla, and Grunjar in battle across the courtyard, Inga peeks out from behind the wall. She can see them in battle with Jathyl.

Inga reaches over and imagines Klaus protected by shimmering, blue light. A shield of force, shaped like a disc, appears and hovers in front of him. She stays hidden behind the support wall.
+4 shield bonus to AC & applies against incorporeal touch attacks, since it is a force effect.

Inga narrows her eyes and glares at Jathyl.
"Destroy her, my love," she says to Klaus.
