I think by strict reading, Grunjar can't select the benefit until his next turn, as his turn has already started when the spell is cast. So Drusilla should definitely be able to catch up with him!

Grunjar finishes buffing Drusilla, before moving towards the fire. Drusilla closes with the angry spirit, her morningstar making contact but not dealing as much damage as the ghost salted arrows.

Hesitant to get near the blazing fire, Klaus knows he needs to put it out to save the building and his friends. Steeling his resolve, he puffs out his chest and dashes to the eastern wall of the workshop. (If it's the western wall that needs to be broken down, he'll run to that one.)
He winds up his powerful fist and smashes it into the wall.

Inga snaps her fingers to get Pradnyara's attention and quietly calls out to her,
"Psst! Pradnyara! Take care of this monk. He's badly burned," she points to the monk on the ground below her. "I'm going to fly over there to check on things." she points in Klaus' direction.
Using a burst of speed from the blessing, she quietly flutters over to the support wall near Grunjar, "Hi, Grunjar," hoping the ghost doesn't notice her.
Stealth: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (8) + 12 = 20
Once behind the wall, she envisions a shimmering blue disc of force in her mind. With a wiggle of her nose, a shield of force suddenly appears hovering in front of her. She peeks around the wall and can see Drusilla in melee with the ghost.

Estara moves to follow Klaus, whipping some of the burning building at the front gate, blasting the structure out towards the shore, completing the fire break!

Skivven throws open the trapdoor to reveal a tunnel underneath the monastery. Hopping down into the five foot diameter passage, he sees it runs out under the temple before turning towards the courtyard.
Grunjar heals the party members in the courtyard, removing much of the damage from the hailstones!

Klaus only took a move action last turn so that he could delay and go either before or after Inga.
Hearing the grunts and voices of Daedin, Drusilla, and Grunjar in battle across the courtyard, Inga peeks out from behind the wall. She can see them in battle with Jathyl.
Inga reaches over and imagines Klaus protected by shimmering, blue light. A shield of force, shaped like a disc, appears and hovers in front of him. She stays hidden behind the support wall.
+4 shield bonus to AC & applies against incorporeal touch attacks, since it is a force effect.
Inga narrows her eyes and glares at Jathyl.
"Destroy her, my love," she says to Klaus.

In true phantasmal form, Klaus makes a beeline as he soars above the ground towards Jathyl. He winds up a powerful fist and once in range, he delivers a mighty blow...
