Lyra Featherstep |

While the others check on the fallen Edoom, Lyra drops her sword and draws her bow, taking careful aim at the fleeing boar who is among the wolves now. "Glad the wolves are there, but they make shooting difficult." she mutters out load, trying to aim around the allied wolves.
Think those are likely both misses.
Lyra bow vs remaining boar: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Lyra bow, 2nd shot: 1d20 + 6 - 5 ⇒ (1) + 6 - 5 = 2
Dmg, if hit: 1d8 ⇒ 4

Daily Update
errant: 1d20 ⇒ 18
After Lyra misses the boar with two arrows, it escapes rushing back the way it came.
The wolves look at their prey and do not give chase. They look in your direction. They are obviously interested in the boar carcass.
Edoom's condition worsens, but then Redleaf takes and restores him.

wild empathy checks (see above) can take up to a minute, with DM's discretion. So I assume I am still working off of that roll.
BB will nudge the boar toward the wolves and back away, motioning for everyone else to do the same.

Edoom |

Edoom rises to his feet every muscle in his body sore, and his hands reach out to touch the still sore wounds from the boar's tusks.
"Bloody Hells! I'd rather fight a dragon I believe". He then looks anxiously over his shoulder to make sure there are no dragons nearby to overhear.
"My thanks for the healing... though I'm not sure how much use I'll be in combat at the moment... not that I'm much use anyway... but I have a feeling that if I go down again it might be for good".
He then frowns but does as the others suggest. "All that blood, pain and effort and all we get from it is a couple of scars that I'd be too embarrassed to brag about. Guess we'll be stuck with eating berries and roots as it's obvious that everything else out here is vastly more powerful than us".
He then looks apologetically at Brightberry. "Not that there's anything wrong with berries and the like. Thanks to both of you for giving me a chance to see another sunrise".

Lyra Featherstep |

Lyra pats Edoom on the back. "It happens to all of us. Good to have you taking risks and keeping them off the rest of us. Sometimes, it might get hairy for you, but the healing team has got your back."
As Brighberry motions to the wolves, Lyra actually speaks to them, trying to see if they understand speech, and will listn. "It's ok, wolves. Thanks for helping us. Take this meat, we have food, at least for now."
Not sure if there is any kind of check here but let me know.

GM Tribute |

The wolves drag off the boar carcass, giving you what appears to be an approving look. This allows healing magic to restore the group to full health and the travel continues to Oleg's.
The path continues toward Oleg's as the Shrike river drops in a series of ten to thirty foot smaller waterfalls to the southeast.
It would be a feat of climbing, which your mules cannot follow, along the series of water falls.
As you camp outside Brevoy and finish mapping a land that seems unremarkable and flat, you set your first watch schedule in newly explored territory.
Assuming three watches, or two very long watches, set the watch order

Brightberry |

"The watches sounds like the way to go. Everyone gets a good rest. I'll take first watch. I want to enjoy the last rays of sun."
Inwardly, BB hopes that three fat wolves are continuing to follow and come for a visit.

Brightberry |

Brightberry seems very interested in the goings on of "making camp ". For himself, he has no sleeping bag or tent, does not eat an evening meal, and does not need to go relieve himself.
@Jade "So, are you a fox that turns into human or a human that turns into a fox? You seem very person-like. I'm part of the forest pretending to be a stick person."

Brightberry |

Brightberry places himself away from the campfire, bad memories, and near the pack animals. If anything approaches, he assumes they would be the first to tell. He is also using his Train animal feat to train the animals to neigh and nicker when they become aware of something approaching camp. This usually takes a week or so for them to pick up, so he thought he would work on it while camping with them.
"Yes, see that squirrel? No need to alert us about him...but what's that?"

GM Tribute |

Two dinosaur predators appear out of the brush and brutally attack Brightberry and Redleaf. Redleaf makes a keening scream as Brightberry goes down, and is attacked by the second predator before falling unconscious. Brightberry falls on top of Edoom and the rest of the group awakes.

Not sure what watch this is, and if everyone got a long rest. In either case no spells except cantrips as he hasn't had time for the morning preparations. Is the Focus for spell strike active or do I need to take an action for that as well?

Brightberry |

Jeez! BB doesn't have a horrible perception. Neither does RL, and they just ate us! Edoom, this is still first watch. Man, it even had to be a natural animal that eats the druid.

Jade Pearls |

Jade rises, moves into the woods, and calls upon her powers, even sending out a jet of water at one of the creatures near the leshies.
Action 1. Stand up. Action 2. Stride. Action 3. Activate Kinetic Gate, with its free one action blast as part of it. I target the creature next to the mule and will make it cold damage.
