I think I have Ala'Ihys updated right, here are the changes:Sixth level:
Ala’Ihys
Rolled HP: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11
+ 1 bab, Fort, Ref, Will, 2nd lvl spell per day and 2nd lvl spell know: protections from Evil (Communal)
Teamwork feat: can vary
+ 9 skills; + 1 Handle animal, Heal, Perception, Ride, Survival and Stealth, + 3 spellcraft
Khamsin:
Rolled HP: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
+ 1 BAB, Fort, Ref, Will, Skill, Bonus Trick Str/Dex Bonus
+ 7 skill points; + 1 Fly, Intimidate, Perception, Sense Motive, Survival, Stealth, and Linguisitcs
Devotion: An animal companion gains a +4 morale bonus on Will saves against enchantment spells and effects.

Well Nex likely had a few back doors for himself. Let's go with the ancient gateway opening and shunting you into the Demi plane. You find yourself in a galley of automaton minotaurs pulling oars, you see stairs leading to the top of the ship.

Or...
More likely, you come out of the gateway and see a strange new world. Above you see a convex lens of water that is just immense. Some water falls from it... you even see a galley fall from the edge. There is likely miles between them and you.
Then you feel a hand on your shoulder and a quiet soothing feminine voice, "Don't worry all will be explained shortly. We can wait for them if you wish."

Sorry folks, my time has been flush with work and holiday activities for my students. I will likely not be able to post much tomorrow night either with my energy likely being low from the daily concerts and Robotics final projects. I get through this week and will have two weeks off to enjoy the holidays, family, and post to my hearts content.

I was going with the idea you went through an ancient archway, which was a back door for Nex to get into Kakishron, though not out of it.

I would say either divination and illusion cubes since they are lost.

I can use the wand of dimension door no problem.
The other two wands I would need to try to umd at +8.
I have limited flight with My armor so someone else can use the potions of flight. We should probably split up the oil of soften Earth and Stone. The jewelry and such I'm imagining we're going to hold on to to possibly sell after word.

Bahram would like The wand of dimension door and one oil soften Earth and Stone. I can take more of the items if no one else can use better.

Just to make sure I understand things. The armor definitely has one curse, but it could have up to three? Do I get to decide that? If I meet all three courses, then I get the bonus for that day? What happens if I can't bathe and apply a holy water before noon? I just don't get the bonus, or something bad happens?


Oh no, it is Cursed, but the curses you can ignore at no ill effects. If you fulfill the three specifications then you unlock the ability of your choice.

If you fail one of the three specifications, then the ability stops working for you. In the case at noon, you would have to wait another day before attempting that specification again.

Oh, okay. It will still be a normal celestial armor, just not the added effect if all three specifications aren't met. That's very interesting. Now, that third curse. I'll give it a think.


Yeah, basically when I roll for curses, if you get a 1, then you get a curse. If I roll a 20 you gain the beneficial curse. More 1's more curses. More 20's more benefits or less limiters.

Once you put on the suit of armor you would innately know of the curse specifications. Though not the hidden ability. Of course the players knows just not the character.

Are you a cleric, paladin, or other class that uses channel energy? If not you only channel 1d6 of healing with each channel.

My posting may be slow for a couple of days, I still intend to check the boards a couple of times a day, but I'm not living at the computer. Don't wait for me to make the decisions and if we get in combat bot me if needed.

Both my wife and mom have come down with covid. My mom (86) was almost unresponsive so we called the squad, she's at the hospital. I'll end up being there a bit and taking care of my wife, thus not at the computer as much as usual and I hate posting on my phone.
