So, who else is hitting F5 a lot only to realize that recruitment closes in 1 hour, and selection time is going to take a good bit longer then that?
I would expect so. Several people only put the finishing touches on their characters today, so I would hope that there's no selection the instant recruitment closes :D

Ok, moment of truth time. First, I would like to say that I expected perhaps 10 character concepts to choose 4, but I was surprised in the interest in this game and instead I had to choose 4 from 22, so thank you all for your applications! It was enjoyable to read all your stories, which flows into my 2nd point: I could create limitless combinations of 4 characters from this pool of applicants and I did in my head. In the end, I am going to disappoint 18 people so I apologize in advance.
I just went with my gut, so without further ado, the applicants selected are:
