Yeah, I'm getting what I think are 4 levels of the Man's promise, arranged top to bottom on the map.
1) Top level (open deck) has no figures on it.
2) Next level down (both on the boat and on the map) has Pai Song with an orange border.
3) The third level has 7 figures (none of which are PC's), 6 with blue outlines and 1 in green.
4) The bottom level (the hold) has no figures...
You want pc tokens and enemy tokens on Token layer. You have to clink each token individually I believe.
I fumble around with roll20 still...lol.
If it is of any consolation, the time required to set stuff up on roll 20 halfs every time you do it :).
I do see the player tokens now, but I do not yet have control over them.
I can now move and control my token, and see 3 grindylows.

Grindlylows and PC tokens spotted on the second deck!
I am a bit confused, the grindylows get to full attack while dead? How many of them actually are there? Are blue/green/etc multiple grindylows?
I 5 foot stepped back after striking blue (on the map), so even if blue goes after me, he would a) provoke and b) couldnt full attack (although red or green can reach me with a diagonal 5 foot step and full attack).
Edit: I am seeing 3 grindylows, 1 whom chisomo killed, one whom I hurt seriously, maybe even deadly, and one who is unconcious, maybe there are more in the DM layer?
Okay, so I thought you attacked and killed the green one instead. That red one has 2 because I couldn't find a way to get rid of that one. I don't know the original position of the green one so I will trust you and say that it will take a step towards you, which would prove an AoO from you. Go ahead and take it to see if you can kill it.
Can't seem to get a token put in for Torin. Have a picture on roll20 to use, but it won't drag and drop.

Hey folks! With DM Meleager's permission, I'm back. I'll try to get caught up over the next few days. What level are we now, 2?

I will have to apologize. Recent developments from RL put me on more unstable footing. Plus without one of the members of the group who knew how to properly use Roll20 I'm out of luck as to using it.
The best I can offer is to complete book 1, but after that I will have to close up shop. Alternatively, I can help search for a different DM to continue the campaign if you want to continue on.
I wwould not neccessarily say that I know how to use roll 20, but I think I can manage ok.
I have never sat in the dm chair on roll20. What is the main issue you're having running things outside the personal issues?
