Lokoloko has the Pathfinder Agent Dedication, which will explain why he seems to have high mods for untrained skills. He's also a medic -- if you like pickle brine being poured into your wounds as a disinfectant :)
For those who have never adventured with him before, Lokoloko in Filipino means "Crazy" :)
