Heyah,
An additional chronicle landed on me, and I assigned it to Ulrich so he is lvl 4. I updated RPGchronicles and will update his profile today. It still keeps us in high-tier

![]() |

A few things about Elfino to keep in mind.
Elfino has the That's Odd feat that reads in part: When you enter a new location, such as a room or corridor, you immediately notice one thing out of the ordinary. The GM determines what it is, or whether there's nothing reasonable to pick up, skipping obvious clues that can be easily noticed without a check or specifically looking for them.
He also has the Clue In ability. It is a reaction triggered by: Another creature attempts a check to investigate a lead you're pursuing, and which reads in part: You share information with the triggering creature. They gain a circumstance bonus to their check equal to your circumstance bonus to checks investigating your subject from Pursue a Lead. He can use it once per 10 minutes.
Elfino uses the Forensic Medicine methodology and is a Medic. He also has Assurance:Medicine. The result is that his Battle Medicine is better than most. On success (guaranteed at DC 15 due to Assurance) the target recovers additional Hit Points equal to his level (2), and the target becomes temporarily immune for only 1 hour, not 1 day. In addition, the Medic Dedication states that Once per day, you can use Battle Medicine on a creature that's temporarily immune.

Ok, since Elfino started let me add to that:
- Ulrich follow the same rules as he with regards to Clue IN and Pursue a Lead.
- He is Interrogator which lets him designate someone as a lead as a result of a conversation (1 min), he also gets Pointed Question Action which forces the target to respond to a question (if Diplomacy roll beats WIll DC, but the target can still lie).
As a part of Devise Strategem, he gets free Recall Knowledge due to known weaknesses feat

I have one hero point to give away due to my one glyph. I'll give it to our level one character, Mrs. Crinkle.

I have one hero point to give away due to my one glyph. I'll give it to our level one character, Mrs. Crinkle.
I also have a glyph so I shall give an extra HP to: Jylian!
@Halgur - are you running local games? When did you get the glyph, I did not not that you are GM'ing

![]() |

I've been GMing at my local lodge. I got my glyph just before Paizocon. I haven't started GMing PbP yet. I'm still a little bit intimidated by google slides and haven't had a good opportunity to goof around with it and learn. Maybe in a couple of months.
Got it! If you decide to try PBP and have some questions about slides let me know.

![]() |

I'm running my first PbP game now. It's a bounty so I can't screw it up *too* badly.
Jyllian will grab an oil of mending for her school item.

:D "Glorious Mistakes are anxiously waiting to be made" ;)
I am sure you will do great!

![]() |

I'm not sure what Ulrich is proposing. I think we're in the building, so she's not going to fire off a sling shot. And bear in mind that your characters don't know what physical activity this plump little old lady is capable of.
Oh, no assumptions here ;) I tried to RP: Clue IN - which gives you +1 to that check (assuming favorable ruling by GM). Suggestion with sling, was based on assumption that each class can use it, so everyone can do it. Ulrich guess if someone would ask is that Mrs. Crinkle is either:
- retired experienced agent: like Aldred (from series of other scenario)- Witch or similar caster,

I just realized that I forgot to roll for Featherwit's random daily energy resistance (acid, electricity, or sonic 1).
1d3 ⇒ 3
So she has resist sonic 1 for today.

I was in a LARP once where my character died early and I was given a wraith NPC to use for the duration (someone dying in that scene was required). I knew everything about the story, but could only communicate by flipping a light switch (twice total during the game) and a known alcoholic could understand every fifth word I said.
I hope this goes better for you folks.

![]() |

A week ago, I finished playing through one of the PFS 1E scenario trilogies with my hunter/rogue PC who has an owlbear animal companion thanks to a chronicle boon. Peg isn't my brightest Pathfinder, so she named her flank buddy "Growler" rather than something more fancy, but IMO, it's a better name than "Beaky"!

![]() |

"I'm with Featherwit! She's the fun one."
Ah, good, then I'm accomplishing at least one thing I set out to do with her. :)

![]() |

@Bun Bun: I believe that Geldra and Hari are going back to the main hall, not the library (at least, not yet).

@Bun Bun: I believe that Geldra and Hari are going back to the main hall, not the library (at least, not yet).
Oh I see it now. I misread. I've adjusted my post.

![]() |

I think our GM is aware of this already, but I'll mention it because it came up in other games I'm in: Meranthi (Jyllian's player) and I will be at an in-person con the weekend of October 7-9. I have a couple time slots that are free at the moment, so I may still be able to do some posting by phone while I'm there, but I can't 100% guarantee it. I can't speak for Meranthi's con schedule.

![]() |

I didn't see Elfino's Infernal Detonations (↺) reaction reflected in the latest post that included the rest of Elfino's post. Yellow gets a basic Reflex save vs DC 18 against 4 hp of fire damage.
Also, FYI, Blue's strikeout disappeared on the initiative list.

![]() |

That last initiative order post seems to have skipped some people, so I've deleted my non-post.

You deserve some hero points. One for Felicity because the dice hate you, and one for Elfino for putting arrows through the soft spots of many enemies.

![]() |

Oh, I so hope that Featherwit just had a Miss Frizzle-style teaching with wordplay moment. 'Cause that would fulfill her character concept perfectly!

![]() |

I will be at a con all weekend long and don't know how often I'll be able to post. Feel free to bot me to move the action along.
Jyllian is definitely a charge first, ask questions later kind of person. Reaction: Liberating Step within 15 feet of her if needed.

![]() |

And I will be at the same con.
Featherwit will Recall Knowledge on the bigger enemy as soon as she gets a chance (Protean Lore +6). And she'll do her best to set up sneak attacks, either by flanking or through Tumble Behind. And she'd probably be spewing insults at the voidworms in their own language, just because she can. (She's a ganzi, so very much has a love/hate relationship with proteans.)

Ulrich: Do you want to be in the front? It looks like you and Tels are right in front of the door. I'm happy to switch places with you if you prefer. (Mrs. Crinkle isn't built to do anything from the back.)

I put Ulrich on the front as he is one highest lvl PC in the party (so has relatively high AC and HP), but I am fine swapping places. Whatever makes our granny with big teeth happy ;)

cmlobue |

Hero point time! One to to Mrs. Crinkle for being the best chaperone possible, and one to Professor Bun Bun for having to deal with her.

![]() |

Thanks for the healing, Elfino.
No more wolf woman, though, since she can't rage again for another minute. Boo.

![]() |

Pay no attention to the GM making a day job check.
Crafting DC 15: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
Crafting DC 15, Field Commissioned: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21
Though maybe she should pay more attention.

![]() |

Pay no attention to the GM making a day job check.
Hey! Shouldn't you be in Caliphas? :)

![]() |

Just got back. And taught myself how to make Ghost Charges.

![]() |

Actually looking at it again, Mrs Crinkle would be at +9 to hit with the bastard sword since as a level 1 playing in the higher tier she should be adding +1 to all of her rolls and 10 to her HP
Are we in high tier? We have one 4th level, three 2nd level, and one 1st level character. I just assumed we weren't, so I haven't applied a level bump to Mrs. Crinkle.

cmlobue |

Yes, 20 challenge points. 1 x 4th, 4 x 2nd, 1 x 1st. Power up, wolf lady!

![]() |

Does Ulrich have his faction's mentor boon? Mrs. Crinkle would get the benefit of that, too.

![]() |

Yes he does, it is Skillful mentor so extra +1 to skills

This concludes Dacilane Academy's Delightful Disaster. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and wasn't too worried about getting killed. I have sent the reporting information in, and it should appear within the next few days. I will have Chronicles for you tomorrow. If you would like your day job to appear on them, please roll now.
I will leave the thread open for a few days for any questions or final roleplaying you want to do.

Here is Elfino's Earn Income roll whose result I will add to the chronicle I receive for this adventure if the GM doesn't beat me to it.
Underworld Lore (Earn Income) vs DC 15: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24 (1 level bump due to Experienced Smuggler)
So close to a crit! According to this table a success is good for 16sp.

![]() |

Earn Income, DC 14: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18
Thanks for running! I had a great time playing with everyone. :)

![]() |

Earn Income (level 0, DC 14): Academia Lore (Expert): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
8 days x 5 cp = 4 sp.
Thank you for running! Featherwit & co. may have gotten knocked about like one of her juggling pins a few too many times for comfort, but it was a fun game. And it allowed me to get a better feel for her personality and mannerisms, since this was my first time playing her (having given her some AP credit to reach 2nd). I hope Featherwit gets to cross paths with some of these characters again someday.

![]() |

Underworld, lore, DC18: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21 Experienced smuggler let me attempt lvl 3 task => 4 gp

cmlobue |

Chronicles are >HERE<. Bun Bun and Mrs. Crinkle can add your own day job or tell me and I will update them. I am also seeing the game on paizo.com. Let me know fi there are any problems.

![]() |

Ooh, fun downloadable boon, too! I'll definitely have to take that feat whenever Featherwit reaches 6th level.

My Chronicle looks good. I'll add the following Earn Income roll myself:
Earn income DC 14: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Mrs. Crinkle does a demonstration on how to fight while drunk. It's...interesting. She gets 2 pity-coppers for her efforts.
This was a fun group to play with. Good roleplay all around and a GM who facilitates player interaction--such a treat. Good job, guys! I had a great time, and look forward to playing with all of you again.

![]() |

Chronicle looks good, and I see the game reported. I second Mrs. Crinkle's thoughts! Great job GM! I really enjoyed the scenario.
I honestly think that it would be awesome if the team would be split evenly between one and another side of the plane. In this case receiving one word of advice may but does have to be effective. But I don't know how that would look like, and if it would not require 2 separate tables.
Anyways, thanks fellow players!
