Aikawa is next in init fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25 orange takes 3, now at 5 damage
fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 blue, it too much for it, take 6, now at 6 damage. fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16 the third leech [ooc]I almost forgot to adjust for 6 people, so there is a 3rd leech.
Reji is next in init, a shot to the stomach makes orange squirm. Now at 21 damage.
The goblin is next in init, killing orange, splashing blue and leech number 3. blue and number 3 at 8 damage each. The second attack misses dealing only splash damage of 2 to blue and 3rd leech
Tempest storm protects himself
It loops back around to Zantal who flings a projectile at blue. blue 18 damage, 3rd leech 10 damage.
Nevark is up

DoubleGold |

Alright, so Nevark will load crossbow, fire and load again hit: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10 dmg: 1d8 ⇒ 4 but misses
The leeches stride bite: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24 vs Scragatha dmg: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6 and then uses its second action to grab you.
Another leech comes towards Nevark hit: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (20) + 8 = 28 dmg: 1d4 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 double that and you're grabbed all heroes are up
Slugs are almost dead, killing them will definitely make them release the grab

"Noooo! Getitoff! Getitoff!"
Scragatha scrambles at her belt for a bomb...
◆Quick Bomber
DC 5 Flat Check: 1d20 ⇒ 12
Alchemist Fire Single Target: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
And shoves it down its gross slimy gullet!
Fire Damage: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8+2 splash damage and 2 persistent fire damage only to primary target
Waiting on if that kills it and releases me before my other two actions

Tempest stabs at Blue with his now magical trident
trident: 1d20 + 6 - 0 ⇒ (5) + 6 - 0 = 11 piercing: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (3, 6) + 2 = 11
trident: 1d20 + 6 - 5 ⇒ (6) + 6 - 5 = 7 piercing: 2d8 + 2 ⇒ (7, 2) + 2 = 11
then raises shield.
((Hero Point on first roll))
trident: 1d20 + 6 - 0 ⇒ (19) + 6 - 0 = 25

Teki moves back to get an angle on the leeches again.
sonic: 3d4 ⇒ (1, 3, 2) = 6 (basic Fort DC 17)

DoubleGold |

fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20 blue, 3 damage
fort: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (20) + 7 = 27 white, no damage
Tempest misses
Goblin does massive damage to white and splash damage kills blue
flat check: 1d20 ⇒ 6 The persistent damage will kill white, problem is this happens at the end of its turn.

DoubleGold |

Now that Goblin is at full thanks to Zantal, everyone hasn't gone yet, but I'm going to see if the Goblin would go down from leech drain before it dies.
dmg: 6d4 ⇒ (2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 2) = 10 and Scragatha has 20 HP, so even if nobody kills the leech before it gets its turn, it does not drain enough blood to put Scragatha into dying before it dies of persistent damage, the flat check was rolled in the last post.
Conclusion
Ecmund and Prembret continue to swap stories over food. One of the more sincere accounts the dwarf shares was his first-time meeting gripplis on board : a magical, grippli-run city-barge currently taking on supplies at Hyrantam. As Prembret’s eyes fill with wonder at the sound of this place, Ecmund decides that bringing his new friend there would generate many more tales than wandering through the jungle. He has the party retrace its steps, heading back to the coast with new stories to tell.

Struggling with the last leech, Scragatha picks up a nearby branch and tries to beat down the last one.
Fist: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19Bludgeoning: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Fist: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14Bludgeoning: 1d4 ⇒ 1
"Off!"
minor retcon per GM clarification

DoubleGold |

Looks like you were posting same time I was writing, but you actually killed the one not trying to eat you because of splash damage. but your target died on its turn because of splash damage, or your fist before it got its turn.

DoubleGold |

25 missed? Wow!
Didn't see that hero point on the bottom, I was so focused on reporting the game, I missed that. AC was 15. But they dead now

After the chaos subsides, Scragatha scoops up some of the leech slime into a vial. If anyone raises an eyebrow or asks she'd say something like, "Eh, you never know if it might come in handy"
During story time, she listens raptly. For about five minutes. She disappears off into the swamp a few times, coming back with armfuls of leaves and various substances.
She's just as enthusiastic on the way out of the swamps as the group makes their way.
When it's time to split up she looks a little sad, a little forlorn for the first time since the beginning. Then puts on a brave face and tries to give everyone a cheerful farewell. She runs to each of you throwing her arms around at knee height for most of you. "I'm going to miss all of you! Even you grumpy face! Here, I made everyone some tea! Well, better than tea actually, you guys will love it."
The vials she passes out have various leaves and chunks of root float around in a liquid that was almost, but not quite, entirely unlike tea.
