Depends on if you accepted the quest, I think. Ramie decided not to as her physical stats are not high enough to take 10 to complete it reliably and there are consequences for failing to do so. But Krysta's in better shape physically, so it shouldn't be a problem for her.

I'm working on getting my full listing of quests up but before I do, I need a little clarification here:

Um... WTF? This is really the potential consequences of failing to complete the quest everyday, and it takes 4.5 hours to complete? o_O
My Str check is a -1, Dex and Con are only +2. It seems to me it would be very foolish to accept this quest until taking 10 will do the trick. I'm sure I'm missing something but I don't understand how I could possibly make this work?
Also I'm seeing different DC's listed under different character's spoilers? Is there a beginner version? Can someone spell this out for me please? XD

Yes you can speak with some of the Chosen who have failed to complete the Daily Quest. They get shunted off and have to run away from undead, land sharks, tremors, and other monsters for 4 hours.
The Quest might take even more than 4.5 hours a day. I remember it taking like 8 or 9 hours when they started.

The Boost system is the quickest way to get those stats up to par to take 10 on those checks. The Boost system is only available to Chosen who take the Daily Quest.

The basic DCs are what Jean did:
100 pushups Str DC 10: 1 hour
100 situps Str DC 12: 1 hour
100 squats Str DC 14: 1 hour
hour break (reset DCs)
100 jumping jacks Con DC 10: 1 hour
Run 5 K Con DC 12: 1 hour
All DCs start at 10.
One person can try to aid two people during an hour workout. DC 6 for a +1, DC 10 for +2, DC 16 for +3. Etc.
If you continue to make more checks without resting it increases the DCs by 2 each time.
If you fail a check and don't rest it increases the DC by 5 each time.
If you rest for an hour, the DCs reset. Resting takes an hour with only light movement.
Many magical bonuses can be expended at the beginning of the hour long work out. The lowest denomination is needed.
Guidance, 1 round of Rage, bull strength, inspiring bardic music for 1 round, etc.
You may decrease the time by increasing the DC by 5 or increase the DC by 10 and it only takes 15 minutes.
You may take a 10.
With many of us with enough ability now, this will likely be prominently used.
DCs start at 10.
If you don't rest the DC increases by 2 for the next check.
Then if you continue for every check afterward it increases by 2.
Offer up a sacrifice and then burn incense worth 100 gp x your new level. The ritual takes at least 4 hours. You can cut the cost by extending the ritual time.
8 hours = 1/2 cost
16 hours/whole day = 1/4 cost
Etc.
Suggested Offerings: A seed and the meal you plan to eat. “You take life and make life.”
So 3rd, 5th, 7th, etc.
Suggested Course for Ramie:

Start at 9:00 am, end at 2:00 pm. With a late lunch at 1:00 before your run.

Yes precisely, you could even make the DC 10 into DC 20 and get it done in 15 minutes... Something the dragon might do, but he hasn't sped through it yet at all.

Oh that is true but also we get as part of the Daily Quest Rewards: Status Recovery
So it basically is a lesser restoration spell which refreshes you. Yes this is how we can aid each other, or anyone else we rope in to help. Yes we use the same stat for each specific exercise.

GM answered yes when I asked that. Also, the situps and squats can be Str or Dex based, so I think if Krysta takes 10 with her Str bonus, she'll be in better shape. Looks like the jumping jacks and 5k have to be Con, though. Jellena is also providing guidance (+1) and she and Zaidel have both offered aid (+2 each).
We'll probably need a primer on how the rewards work too. I saw Zaidel's post about spending boosts but it might as well have been Greek to me.

A sublime creature uses all of the base creature’s statistics and special abilities, except as noted here.
CR: +2
Armor Class: Increase natural armor by +2.
Speed: Increase all the base creature’s natural speeds by 10 ft.
Special Defenses: fast healing (equal to Charisma bonus); Immune magic aging, disease, positive energy damage; Resist Negative Energy 10, increase the base creature’s Cold and Electricity resistance by 10.
Special Abilities: The sublime creature gains the following special abilities.
Ageless: Though the sublime creature is not truly immortal, it does not suffer the ravages or negative affects of old age. Upon reaching maturity, sublime creatures gain Intelligence, Wisdom and Charisma as normal for a member of their species, but are otherwise unaffected by the passing of time. Sublime creatures never die of old age and they are immune to any spells or effects which cause aging.
Channel Positive Energy: The sublime creature may channel positive energy as a cleric. Substitute the creature’s racial HD (minimum 1 for creatures with no racial HD) for cleric level to determine how effectively the creature can channel. If the creature has actual cleric levels (or other class levels which grant the ability), the creature’s racial HD and relevant class levels stack when determining the effect of the channeling.
Positive Energy Affinity: The sublime creature’s affinity for positive energy is such that it is immune to any damage caused by positive energy effects or attacks. Additionally, any healing spells, or other effects, derived from positive energy are doubly effective when applied to the sublime creature (roll as normal for the effect, adding any bonuses such as those derived from class level, and then multiply the result by two).
Strong Life-force: In addition to its Constitution modifier, the sublime creature also adds its Charisma modifier each of its HD when determining hit points.
Abilities: Increase from the base creature as follows: Strength +2; Dexterity +2; Constitution +8; Intelligence +4; Charisma +8.
Feats: Gain Toughness as a bonus feat.
Skills: +4 racial bonus to Diplomacy.
