Whoops! Totally forgot to stick it in my post. Corey would have obviously gotten a good look at the creature while casting grease from his wand.

Lol. Guess it doesn't matter.
Corey, I don't think you get the +3 class skill bonus unless you have at least one rank in the skill. Per the CRB:
You gain a +3 bonus on all class skills that you put ranks into.
Bards can use all Knowledge skills untrained, but I don't see where they get the class bonus to their checks unless they've put a rank into the skill.

            Huh. I thought with...
Bardic Knowledge (Ex): A bard adds half his class level (minimum 1) to all Knowledge skill checks and may make all Knowledge skill checks untrained.
That since you could make all checks untrained, I (wrongly) assumed you add a class bonus as well.
I'll fix my profile soon.

The GM is right here. If you want to get the class bonus then you will need to be invest at least a point in the knowledge skill. There is only so much you can learn by hanging out in a bar. :)

Merida, did I miss a crit? The Reverend didn't confirm his, if that's what you were thinking of. Other than that, you summed it up pretty well.
Sorry, my bad. It seems I somehow read the Reverend confirmed. Must have been wishful thinking...

No, luckily. Your mission was to
"First, sabotage the Lissalan safe house as completely as possible. Second, throw the blame for the sabotage onto the Aspis Consortium. <...> Furthermore, we want the Lissalans to remain alive so they can turn their full ire against the Aspis Consortium. Once you've accomplished these two mission objectives, return here."
Red--I should have time for that over lunch.

So I had been playing PF for about two years, all PbP, and decided to try PFS. My first character was a trip fighter with the mobile fighter archetype, no social skills to speak of, so of course I got into Severing Ties. I basically played bodyguard for our leader, Maximo Interresante, and glowered a lot. We putz around, get the three items with minimal issues, and head for the safe house.
Our rogue failed to spot the glyph of warding, though. It doesn't do any damage...it just dispels the illusory wall. Low tier, so it's only one basilisk, but the rogue and I both blew our saves. Zap, we're statues. The rest of the party ices the basilisk, but they only got enough blood out of it to restore one of us. They picked the non-novice rogue, which was perfectly understandable.
I spent the rest of the game posting this sort of thing: "<....>" a lot, being lugged around and used as a doorstop, etc. The party paid for the stone to flesh spell at the end of the mission, at least. But every time I played with one of the other characters from that game (except for Sad Rock), I'd get jokes about being stone-faced, or the like.

Reminds me of a 3.5 game I was in where my wife and I got medusa'd and we were asked to skip a session because it took that long for the rest of the party to get what they needed to fix us.
