Thanks to Lucinus for the information on the system update.
Taking into consideration that it's Halloween and the site is going dark starting Monday, we'll take a brief pause until the system returns. Posting tends to be more sporadic on the weekends anyway so we shouldn't lose much.
If you'd like you can write out what you all plan to do in the Ballroom. The big question is if anyone is going to agree with Lucinus's suggestion concerning the music box and the sheet music. I moved the PC tokens back to the Ballroom and I moved the main floor map to Slide 2. Although it wasn't posted in the room description the items on the map *are* in the room. The picture in the bottom right corner of the room is a harpsichord.

Looks like the new store launch has been pushed back until next Monday (see here).
Store Launch Update : We are delaying the launch of the new store due to two issues we’ve found. We expect this work will take 2-3 days to resolve and test, so that means we will be going dark at 8 a.m. on Monday, November 10th. We will update the blog with this latest information.

Just an early heads-up that I'll be away from a computer from the 12-28 of November.Hm. We'll see where we are at that time but I might need either botting instructions or some parameters.
No worries--I've now added some brief bot instructions in each character profile. No surprises: Grizzlebin will happily scout and fearlessly fight (attack mods included) while Jakeric tends to hang in the back and do some occasional support casting.

So we'll move forward this week as usual. In the Gameplay thread I'll need updates on any buffs, spells, potions, etc. used. It's dark in the basement so either have darkvision or some means of illumination. And a confirmed marching order for whose first down into the murk and muck. :)
I've seen a couple of Recruitments on Flaxseed and a possible one after Gameday concludes so I'd like to pick up the pace in case you want to play these PCs in one of those or have them ready for Outpost early next year.

I'd also love to keep the band together. Shadow Dragon, I'm afraid you're now GM for life. (I haven't played 'From Under Ice').
I was originally supposed to run it for Gameday but I wasn't able to. Since Paizo gave me the scenario I want to run it and, if able, I'll run it for Outpost next year.
I was considering running one of the other 'Intro' mods in between but I'm not sure it's short enough to squeeze in.

What are the freebies? I presume the ones I’m seeing are for games GM’d
It was way back in March 2023:
So everyone received two free replays for PFS1. I don't think Paizo ever 'fixed' the system to display the freebies for PFS1. In my 'Organized Play' I have the 80.00 Achievement Points for PFS2 and SFS1 I have nothing under PFS1.
Someone would have to help look for it but I believe the two free PFS1s are on the 'honor system' where you keep track of them.

So when you click the "Refresh Points" Button on the GM/Event Coordinator Tab, nothing happens?
Something did happen - I went from 0 to 6! What?!?! I haven't run anywhere near the number of tables to earn those.
Although I did ask the VOs for extra credit for dealing with this particular group of players. After they looked at exactly who was at the table the VOs were surprised I hadn't run away yet...am I missing something?!?!? ;)
(Obviously everything about you guys is in jest - you're great!)

From what I gather the total number of replays someone had available listed on the Paizo site was based on a few different things. When Paizo stopped making PFS1 content everyone got an initial chunk of replays based on a combination of the number of scenarios they had played and their number of GM stars. Then when the new replay system got rolled out for PFS2 everyone got a new grant of new PFS1 replays based on the number of games they had played or GMed. I think the two totals got added together. At the time it was also mentioned that they would be granting GMs additional replays every year based on their number of stars, although they needed the new website to be able to do that, so it hasn’t happened yet (I’m hoping that this functionality might be part of the upcoming store update).

I read it (sorry I don't remember where) that Paizo went with the honor system rather than continue trying to fix something that was going to eventually be replaced.
Well, that doesn't surprise me at all.
Looks like current AIs hallucinate quite often (and they can be manipulated with legit looking but incorrect sources), so I try to avoid them - for now.
Not sure it will get better in the future, though... *sigh*

I was looking for a specific item for my mother and Google AI recommended a place that hadn't been open for about 50 years.
My devil's advocate point of view is that the question isn't "does AI ever get stuff wrong?" but "does AI get stuff wrong more often than humans do?" (I say this as someone in a field regrettably heavily disrupted by AI)
Turns out I *won't* be away for November. You'll have this pair of PCs to kick around some more :)

The module doesn't provide any information on it just that the webs are completely covering everything so I'd say no.
The only guidance on cold irons cleaning out demon bile was after combats and thus took an undetermined amount of time rather than a standard/full round/'X' rounds/etc.
