Well I took my hero point and matched his crit, lol.

In all seriousness, this is not looking good.

Well, the small one are done. We only need the big one now.

We can use the boost like Barad. Now.

By reducing the number of foes, we can focus on less.

Hopefully, with a little more space, she can use a summon animal to help flank as well as a few magic missiles, since I can recall a 2nd and 1st level spell still if needed.

I would recommend to anyone with less than +12 in fortitude to stay away from the adult hounds gaze or at least not to stay in the middle in the cross fire.
With them being hasted, it would be quite challenging in terms of action economy.

(Way to go, Avonatha! :) )

Was my summation of being able to use my staff 2 handed with hand of the apprentice correct?

I am still doing some research on this one. I would expect varying results as it seems very back and forth. Please don't take my ruling in the moment for gospel.

Hand of the Apprentice is a Somatic spell requires that your hands are not bound.

You can use this component while holding something in your hand, but not if you are restrained or otherwise unable to gesture freely.

The prior spells you have cast are also Somantic and Verbal traits so you could have still had two hands on the weapon.

I am leaning towards the increased two-handed die as long as that is the case. Now if you were to use a spell with the manipulate trait via material spell component then you would have to have a hand free and would be required to spend the interact action to regrip your weapon.

If anyone has found anything stating otherwise please let me know.

This is the last day of the Special. We will keep going through this skill check up to the end of course. This table did wonderful with the amount of healing you had. You made it through all three of the final missions. The hounds were the final fight. Now we are circling back through to complete the secondary missions for additional successes. I tried to offset combat mission / skill mission to give the table a bit more opportunity with the 10 minutes in between to catch up on healing as those hounds are vicious!

It looks like I have everyone's chronicle information but if you wish to roll your earn income check I can certainly add it into the chronicle for you.

If you are already a Magaambyan attendant, you should already be able to do this.

I need to reread the Attendant feat, IIRC the first one gives access to the cantrips.
