I think Myrp hit it...and forced it away from Taumata.
Myrp's Telekintic Hand (without using a focus point) has a range of 60 feet.
Myrp used one focus point to amp the cantrip.
Myrp rolled the random d20 roll, but did not include his spell attack modifier of +6 in the random roll, so AC hit should be 22 instead of 16.
Myrp's non-amped (no focus points) Telekinetic Projectile does 2d6 (plus 1d6 per spell level above 1st).
Of the two baseline amp options for Telekinetic Projectile, only one is viable when casting the spell at a non-heightened spell level, so the 1 focus point that Myrp spent is for the following amp:
Amp: You fling objects with even more force, driving your opponents backwards in a hail of objects. On a success, you push the target 5 feet away from you, and on a critical success, you push the target 10 feet away from you in addition to dealing double damage.
As the 16 was a miss, it seems the 22 might be a success (not a critical success), so looks like Myrp's Mind Toss might have done 9 points of piercing damage to the creature and the force of the branch shoved it 5 feet back (away from Myrp, so one square to the right on the map).

I will be back in regular groove on Sunday evening. Tied up till then
Back earlier than expected. Is there a way to get the map link more easily accessible? Posting at the top margin or in the GM's header are usually done.

I will be doing that, it's on my to-do list. This week has just been, as one might expect, pretty crazy.

In the lower right corner of the OBR program, you can click on the 5' tab, and it will bring up options for displaying the grid. You can change style, color, and opacity with sliders and buttons there.

I've found OBR is great for running games... not so good for creating content. I make my maps in Inkarnate (There are a lot of good easy map making programs out there). Then import them into OBR for play. I used to try and align the grids carefully... but that proved largely ineffective, so I started just importing maps without grids and adding the grids in OBR.

Reminder: Using default rules, Taumata and Myrp get only 2 actions each while Myrp is riding Taumata. Normally a rider PC has to be at least 2 sizes smaller than the PC that is the 'mount'. Roll both their initiatives and use the lower of the two results. The two PCs act in either order on the same initiative count.
Pretty sure the RAI is for a bipedal rider riding a bipedal 'mount'.
As Taumata does not have the mount special ability, the restriction of 2 actions per PC is in effect.
Since Taumata has a quadruped form, the rider PC only needs to be 1 size smaller.
From the centaur ancestry:
Your equine body is well suited for carrying trusted allies. A PC can ride you if they are one size category smaller than you (Medium size, for most centaurs), rather than needing to be two size categories smaller.

new Dragonblood feats from Dragon Codex
For ones who are not familiar with this youtuber, he makes well presented videos, that you can pause the video with the full feats/ancestries/etc. write-ups on the screen, if you prefer to pause to read the rules entries.
He also does some entertaining concept character build vids, such as this one.
Continue the theme of suggesting PF youtubers, the best Golarion lore youtuber I have come across is Mythkeeper.
