When your PC isn't adventuring for the Society, they keep themselves busy doing a job where the live for a bit of extra income. Day Job info is covered in The Guide to Organized Play. You can use Craft, Profession, or Perform skills if you have ranks in them. There are Vanities in the PFS Field Guide and PFS Primer Player Companions that you can purchase with Prestige to use different skills for Day Jobs. The Caravan business Vanity is a personal favorite of mine.
