I'm having trouble gauging the heights of the objects on the map. I assume there's a ton of difficult terrain here, but which things are half-wall-ish height and which ones are full height walls?

It would probably be better for Twila-5 to be the gunner and Sturmvanger to be Chief Mate, if necessary. You can add your ranks in piloting to your dex for your modifier to hit and Sturmvanger will be using his BAB plus dex as the modifier. I suspect your Dex is higher.
Gunnery Check = 1d20 + the gunner’s base attack bonus or the gunner’s ranks in the Piloting skill + the gunner’s Dexterity modifier + bonuses from computer systems + bonuses from the captain and science officers + range penalty
I'm sure there will be a flurry of messages like this around the board soon, but I'm off tomorrow and Monday for the holidays so my posting will likely be sparse, if not nonexistent.

This is really a well-crafted module. It feels good to be rewarded for putting points into CHA. I've been playing this character for two years and I think this is the first time I've been asked to make a Disguise check.
