Drowning a plant is an easy way to get its attention. It reaches down, scoops her up and squeezes at that spot inbetween her shoulder joints that is so hard to scratch.

Fort Save: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (2) + 20 = 22 Failure, Cirri should be at 20/151 HP.
