Vaux the Many-Scaled |

Vaux siddled up to the door with surprising haste, given his tiny size. On the other hand he used the same tiny size to his advantage to be less easily noticed when something came through the door.
Stealth: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27

The Storm Crow |

Round 1
The elemental opens the door as people advance.
Despite readying attacks, the skeletons do not seem to advance into range/out of door waiting for you to enter to attack.. .
Above, on the second floor you hear the tell tale signs of spell casting going on. . .
Turn Order:
1. Unknown undead
2. Ichabod
3. Adweard
4. Skeletons
5. Vaux
6. Necromancer
7. Ivar
8. Frank
ooc Ivar still has action to close round 1, then Ichabod and Adweard are up for round 2

Ivar "Goldilocks" Theodinson |
sorry about the delay wanted to make sure the door was open.
Seeing the Large skeletons pausing at the door, Ivar Chuckles, "De are vaiting for us, Der is no reason to disappoint dem Ja." Rushing forward, he tumbles through the doorway hoping to avoid the large skeletons reach, he begins to rage. Coming to his feet his axe raised high, he swings his large axe at the skeleton like a woodsman, felling a tree.
AC 19 in the door, 17 beginning of rage. 15 ft move, tumble Rage 1 rd; Attack MW Butchering axe, PA

The Storm Crow |

Ivar's attack misses, clanking off the armor that the Skeletons wear!
Above, you hear a strange whooshing sound.
Pending Ichabod and Adweard now

Ichabod Carbuncle |

Ichabod moves to get a better view and hurls a chunk of fire at the southern skeleton. "Gee minnidly those fellows are ugly! Don't let them grab you!!"
More produce flame.
Ranged touch: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
Dam: 1d6 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10

The Storm Crow |

Round 2
Ichabod hits with his produce flame!
Adweard rushes forward.
Two more of the skeletons come lumbering down the stairs! The necromancer has obviously finished animating the ones you saw he was working on!
The other two attack, lashing out with four claws each at Ivar!
Claw: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 27
Claw: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (3) + 3 = 6
Claw: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22

3. Adweard
4. Skeletons
5. Vaux
6. Necromancer
7. Ivar
8. Frank
Status:
Ivar: 0/36, staggered
Red -10
Vaux is up before the Necromancer here; then Ivar and Frank can act as well

The Storm Crow |

ah- I missed those, so you are not yet staggered

Ichabod Carbuncle |

Ichabod panicks when he sees Ivar's distressing state (though not as distressing as previously thought) and shouts out "I can help blast them if I have a clear path!"
My specialized burning hands is pretty powerful if I can catch three or more in it. I'd need a clear path with my 20 ft move speed and an option for a 15 ft cone. If the fire elemental could move out of the way and the doorway could stay as clear as possible.

Frank E. |

you do know that the fire elemental is completely immune to fire damage, right? I mostly wanted it for the Burn, but being immune to Ichabod's friendly fire makes me want to stick with fire elementals for most battles xD
Or do you need the elemental's spot? XD
Since my readied action didn't trigger, I'll just fire that bolt now...
Frank inches forward and barks an order in Ignan before firing his crossbow.
Ranged into melee (-4) vs soft cover too...: 1d20 + 6 - 4 ⇒ (18) + 6 - 4 = 20
Damage: 1d10 ⇒ 8

The Storm Crow |

Round 2
Frank hits the damaged one as the summoned creature misses.
Frank withdraws, and as he does you see a creature walking down the stairs, and hear more chanting for summoning above.
Round 3
Above, you hear another sound- as though a rushing of wind mixed with screams. . . there is something up there more unholy than the mere skeletons the necromancer is sending at you now.
Turn Order:
1. Unknown undead
2. Ichabod
3. Adweard
4. Skeletons
5. Vaux
6. Necromancer
7. Ivar
8. Frank

Pending Vaux, then Ichabod and Adweard before the size large skeletons act- the size medium is summoned and acts on the Necromancer's initiative
Also, its DC 12 Knowledge religion on the size large skeletons, DC 12 on the size medium on the stairs, and DC 18 Knowledge Nature or I will accept any skill related to stars if you have it to identify the creature the skeletons are made from

Ivar "Goldilocks" Theodinson |
Vaux is up before the Necromancer here; then Ivar and Frank can act as well
Round 2
Frank hits the damaged one as the summoned creature misses.Frank withdraws, and as he does you see a creature walking down the stairs, and hear more chanting for summoning above.
Hey TSC, Ivar had not acted in round two, am I missing something? Ah now that I look at the map, I see you have moved Ivar out, so just a little fluff.
Hearing Ichabod announce he was going to torch the building, Ivar makes a quick retreat out of the building, "A good idea Ichabod." Gesturing towards the multiple scratches on his body, he asks "Can anyone see to dis vounds?"

Vaux the Many-Scaled |

Vaux held at the door, his scales turning red, as he prepared to bite any enemy that came out before Ichabod could use his fancy spell.
Held Action - Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (7) + 7 = 14
Damage (Piercing): 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 1 = 7

Ichabod Carbuncle |

Ichabod steps forward boldly, despite his small size and frail frame. "Gee minnidly this is getting hot! Well I'll do my part for the Order!" He snatches up a small crystal with brilliant fire dancing inside it from his belt and holds his other hand out with three fingers extended. A tattoo on the back of his hand bearing the sigil of the Order glows red and he shouts "Fiammeggiante!" as a cone of fire sweeps over the elementals and the skeleton.
I'm moving to where Adweard stands hoping he's ok with moving out of the way. It's just the perfect position for my burning hands. If he doesn't want to move, I can be one square east of him then.
Burning hands on two nearest skeletons: 6d4 + 18 ⇒ (3, 3, 4, 1, 4, 2) + 18 = 35
Base caster level 3. Gnome pyromaniac alternate racial trait grants +1 level for fire effects. Fire fragment material focus grants +1 CL for fire stuff and adds flaring spell effect. Varisian tattoo (evocation) adds +1 CL for evocation. So CL 6 for this burning hands. The blood intensity bloodline mutation lets me increase the die to 6d4 instead of the normal 5d4 cap.
Blood havoc bloodline mutation, orc bloodline arcana, and dragon bloodline arcana all add one point of damage per die.
DC is 10+1 spell level+5 cha+1 spell focus = 17.

The Storm Crow |

Round 2
Vaux prepares to attack if one moves out.
Round 3
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (19) + 3 = 22
Ichabod's burning hands, destroys both of these skeletons!
The other two advance, attacking the closest target (the elemental):
Claw: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Claw: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 24
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
and they tear it apart!
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (8) + 3 = 11 but one catches fire doing so!
Turn Order:
1. Unknown undead
2. Ichabod
3. Adweard
4. Skeletons
5. Vaux
6. Necromancer
7. Ivar
8. Frank
Status:
Ivar: 8/36
Red: taking burn damage.
Pending Adweardand Vaux now before the necromancer

Vaux the Many-Scaled |

Vaux's scales give me an additional AC and DR 1/Adamantium, in case this terrible idea goes wrong.
Well, that was enough of the waiting around. As soon as the fire blast finished Vaux slipped past the entrance and to engage one of the enemies, hoping that they wouldn't notice him due to the smoke, heat and such. Hopefully the one he attacked would block the view of the spellcaster and the other monster so that they couldn't gang up on him like they had Ivar.
Sneak: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (10) + 12 = 22
Regardless of whether he was spotted or not, Vaux took a chunk out of the creature before him.
To Hit: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Claw (Slashing/Piercing): 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5

Frank's Summoned Monsters |

As their claws rip its flaming essence asunder, their claws a singed by the creature's flaming flesh.
Burn: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Burn: 1d4 ⇒ 4
they used natural attacks, yes? Burn also does burn damage on the hit ^^
And on a failed save it looks like they take the burn damage for d4 rounds
it can attempt a new save to end the fire with a full round action (to pat itself down), dropping and rolling would give it +4 if it cares to do so
DC is 11, though, so with 11 red exactly makes his save xD

The Storm Crow |

Round 3
Adweard activates jugement.
Vaux moves foward and easily hits, but his slashing/piercing claw fails to damage the skeleton!
The "human skeleton" advances towards Vaux, while above the necromancer finishes casting, and another "human skeleton" appears- this time directly in front of Ichabod and attacks!
Long sword: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Damage: 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5 miss!
Turn Order:
1. Unknown undead
2. Ichabod

Ivar "Goldilocks" Theodinson |
Seeing the Dean move closer to the doorway and the skeleton within, Ivar, concerned Adweard has placed himself in danger moves to the other side of Ichabod. Ignoring his wounds he lifts the huge axe and swings it at the skeleton in the doorway.

The Storm Crow |

Round 3
Ivar misses the skeletal creature that looks champion-like!
The summoned creature also misses the armored skeleton!
Round 4
Above, you hear the continued crying sounds and unholy winds rushing. . . SOMETHING is up there that hasn't revealed itself yet.

Ichabod and Adweard are up before the skeletons, and Vaux can act now as well.

Ichabod Carbuncle |

Ichabod steps back and sends another gout of flame, this one less powerful, over the skeletal champion and the fire elemental.
Burning hands: DC 17 reflex for half: 5d4 + 15 ⇒ (2, 4, 4, 4, 3) + 15 = 32 I can only do the intensify trick 1x/day at this level.

Vaux the Many-Scaled |

It was frustrating that these things were mostly immune to his attacks, but that didn't mean he couldn't chip the thing away until it was dead enough. For now, pinning it down for the others would have to do.
To Hit (Bite): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (5) + 7 = 12
Damage (Piercing): 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
To Hit (Bite): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (13) + 7 = 20

Frank E. |

aid another is a thing, btw :D
Not sure if it's the thing to do, but it's generally underappreciated in these situations. Also grappling, but that might not work as well...

The Storm Crow |

Reflex: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Ichabod's flame destroys the summoned skeletal champion! Sure- ONLY 32 damage with a 1st level spell
Vaux's attacks strike, but not doing bludgeoning damage, they fail to penetrate.

Adweard Holte |

Adweard heads into the room, stabbing at the large skeleton in front of him while sacrificing some accuracy for power.
Attack, Judgement, Power Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (17) + 7 + 1 - 2 = 23
Damage, Power Attack: 1d8 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 2 = 15

The Storm Crow |

Adweard hits, though her poking weapon is slightly less effective!
One skeleton attacks the fire elemental:
Claw: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
Burn: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Claw: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Damage: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Burn: 1d4 ⇒ 2
with two strikes it takes the elemental out!
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (10) + 3 = 13
It continues the assault moving on to Adweard:

Claw: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (12) + 8 = 20

Vaux acts before the Necromaner and his summon

Vaux the Many-Scaled |

"Fine, if I can't kill this, I'll kill what summoned it." The small, agile little kobold surged forward, using speed and agility to try and dart past.
Agility - First Square (DC Enemy CMD): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
Agility - Second Square (DC Enemy CMD): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13
Agility - Third Square (DC Enemy CMD): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (17) + 9 = 26
No idea what they're CMD is, so I've put Vaux where he would have ended...if he can make it past.

The Storm Crow |

I'm feeling generous here, so I'm going with your third roll and taking no AOOs- typically you only make a single acrobatics check to tumble, not three though
The Necromancer begins summoning again!
The champion steps up to swing at Adweard:
Long sword: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10 miss!
Turn Order:

Attack: 1d20 + 7 + 1 - 1 ⇒ (19) + 7 + 1 - 1 = 26
Damage: 1d8 + 7 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 7 + 2 = 17
Attacking and using combat advice to give Vaux a +2 to attack the necromancer. Current mods are power attack (-1/+2) and judgement (+1/+0)

The Storm Crow |

you will want to be attacking the regular size large skeletons not the summoned champion who only attacks one more time most likely

The Storm Crow |

Ivar steps back and drinks his potion.
Ichabod blast at them again:
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (1) + 3 = 4
Reflex: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (15) + 3 = 18

He quickly summons another fire elemental, this time next to the large skeleton on the left. Then he realizes that the necromancer has come down stairs!
He barks an order in Ignan.
