So we are currently at two players. We can still legally play but each of you will need to bring play a pre-gen as well. I leave it to you to decide if you want to do so.
I have put up the Map Slides and if you are still game to play then fill out Slides 2 and 3.

Hmmm…I'm open to suggestions. Perhaps a rogue or an investigator would be a good addition in terms of skills and secondary melee? Mafalda herself is mostly support (buff/debuff).
How about you?
Disclaimer: I'm not the most experienced player around (2 finished quests), which might affect our survivability.

I have no worries about surviving. I am playing an investigator in an AP and really liking it, but they are quite different in terms of how they are played. I have another PFS character I'm playing during Outpost that is a Rogue and I find him quite fun to play and very straightforward.
For myself, I was thinking a magic user: wizard, sorcerer or cleric. I'm used to playing a more martial character and could use the practice with magic.

Cool, thanks for the advice =) I’ll have a think about it over the weekend.
Personally I’m enjoying the witch, even if it’s apparently one of the weaker casters. Let me know if you pick one — in case you do, I might reshuffle some of my prepared spells.

I would recommend some good social and knowledge skills. The first part of the scenario is an "investigation." The combats are not too tricky, but another martial type would be a good idea. Rogue and Investigators will do very well for both.

That can work. Better than two Pre-Gens

So I ended up creating my own Gnome Investigator. I never played one, so I followed some advice of guides, some inspiration from the pregen, and some of the stuff that I liked. He is a skill monkey and has some CHA to talk to people.

Hey to players! Mafalda it is good to be playing with you at two tables. Suzzavyan - nice to meet you.

Hey! I hadn't realised you were Makai, how nice =)
@Suzzavyan: will you still want to try out a caster pregen?

| GM Gustavef |

So we have all the APG classes except the Oracle. For amusement you could make Korakai your pre-gen.
However I am going to at least start the intro while we figure out the last pre-gen.

I was thinking of the Oracle actually. So who will be running the pre-gen?
I think that initial idea was for you to run him. As you expressed an interest in better knowing magical classes. If you don't want to do it, please let us know, and either I will pick it up or Mafalda.
btw. If you like playing melee classes you could look into frontline casters: Battle Oracle or Warpriest. Which still has the same feel being at the frontline but on top of the attack, you may cast spells. But none of the pregens actually are built that way :(

I had understood you wanted to use the pregen to try out a caster, but am fine with running the pregen if no one else feels like it.
Also, minor question: Suzzavyan's tagline says female but your post used male pronouns -- is that intentional?

The tagline also has 12 AC when in fact Suzzavyan has AC 17. Yet it scares me every time :D

I have added Korakai's stat block to the slides. So anyone we can shift playing him as needed. Don't worry about creating an alias for him if you don't want to.

So 4 level 1s. That is 8 Challenge points. Any GM glyphs to pass around?

            nor here, unfortunately.
Also, GM, thanks for the stat block. If that's alright with you, I changed Mafalda's prepared spells/cantrips so there's not much unnecessary overlap.

Well you will "days" to travel there, so no problem on the resetting spells.

@Mafalda - nicely done with the illusionary wall. It is good to see creative use of a not-so-common spell. Not only: Electric Arc and magic missle :)
I have to look through Korakai spells again.

Thanks! I'll be honest, I do like my illusions and would solve all my problems with them if it were possible.
Need to be creative, what with the rolls I've been getting on Outpost tables =(

@GM - the chronicle looks good, downloaded.
Thank you for a really fun game! I was hoping to help the team of two but it seems that with Suz disappearance (probably due to Mosquito Witch) we needed up doing a two PC table.
@Gm thank you, I really enjoyed this game. I found the mystery intriguing and well presented, my mind was traveling in different directions on what could be the solution. From the scenario perspective, I would prefer if fights would be a bit intermingled with interactions. But it was very enjoyable game.
@Mafalda - thank you for playing it, I really enjoyed her as a PC. I really thank you for regular posting as sometimes when I had doubts about where to go to or what to do it kept me motivated. I liked our odd team.
It was a memorable game.
Ulrich takes a bow and leaves the room...
"I hope to see you soon." says the Gnome
