I would vote for Soldier & Envoy. The Envoy can heal Stamina & JYD can heal some HP with Medicine check.

Phil can fill the role as Navasi won't take, since the stats are nearly similar, but Phil is a really bad captain.

We're heading into the final encounter, which we may or may not finish in time of the end of Game Day, so I'm going to go ahead a roll for boons and report our game. We'll finish up without needing to rush the end and then do chronicles.

Using the same order as for Init:
