Zac gets a solid hit in on Ahksiva as she moves, and hits her a second time!
His club then slams into Red slurk, taking it out of action!

Red box is difficult terrain (slimed floors) but you can attempt to move full speed with a DC 15 Acrobatics check to balance. Failure causes you to fall prone in the slime.
Bolded may act.

Evindal Steps 5' to the north to get a clear line on Ahksiva and then hurls another bomb at her.
Bottled Lightning, clumsy, bless: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Electrical dmg: 1d6 ⇒ 2 +1 Electrical splash; on a hit she is flat-footed until the start of Evindal's next turn.
Then he reloads his sling and hopes that his aim improves soon.
GM Bret
Evindal finally scores a direct hit with his bomb. He does think it is likely the battle will be over before the slime wears off on its own.

Yikes, even with the temporary HP from the juggernaut elixir, Asketell was taken down in a single round.
Fort Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (1) + 8 = 9
Fort Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (8) + 8 = 16
I think I still have a Hero Point left, which I will use to reroll that first Fort Save
Fort Save: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (10) + 8 = 18

Yeah, she can be very nasty. The crits haven’t helped at all.
After the one Asketell just spent, I believe he has 1 left and Rose has 2.
With Krizz’s help Asketell comes back to consciousness but feels weaker.

Rose gives a small grumble as once again the enemy she is moving to get into flanking with is slammed into pieces. She strides through the slime slowly and then slips past Ahksiva praying to Korada that she doesn't have the trained reflexes of an experienced fighter. Potentially provoking an AoO here
In position behind the hag, she brings her rapier up and stabs out twice at the woman.
“Poke’n’prod” Rapier, flanking: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (11) + 6 = 17
Damage, Piercing: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
Sneak attack: 1d6 ⇒ 3
“Poke’n’prod” Rapier, flanking MAP: 1d20 + 6 - 5 ⇒ (16) + 6 - 5 = 17
Damage, Piercing: 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
Sneak attack: 1d6 ⇒ 4

Rose moves into position and manages to hit Ahksiva twice!
Blue slurk moves to where it can easily spit at Zac and then does so.
Slime them!: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17

Devise a Stratagem: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Belgetran struggles to look up at Ahksiva, but as she does she notices the beast ignoring her, leaving herself wide open! The hobgoblin grabs her whip from under Asketell it’s in Asketell’s reach, so I’m pretty sure I can still pick it up since it’s within reach and desperately cracks it right at the horrific woman!
vs Ahksiva; stratagem, prone, enfeebled 2: 20 + 7 - 2 - 2 = 23 If a 23 would hit, then that’s a crit.
Nonlethal Damage; Stratagem, enfeebled 2 (doubled if crit): 1d4 + 1 - 2 + 1d6 ⇒ (3) + 1 - 2 + (1) = 3
The hobgoblin then hunkers down behind the pillar next to her to avoid Ahksiva’s attention! Using my last action to Take Cover.

Asktell blinks his eyes in surprise as he regains consciousness.
"By the gods! What happened to me?"
Seeing the slurm in the corner he stands up and steps forward, fishing out an acid flask from his belt pouch and hurling it towards the disgusting frog creature.
Alchemist bomb: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 6 = 21
If it hits, the acid flask deals 1 acid damage + 1 splash damage, and 1d6 persistent acid damage
GM Bret
Belgetran uses her whip on Ahksiva and it does just enough to take her down!
Asketell hits the remaining slurk with his bomb.
We can call the battle here if people want, or it will not take long to finish it. You only have the one slurk left.

Evindal steps past the column that is blocking his shot at the remaining slurk and, mindful that he doesn't have many bombs left, hurls a sling bullet at the creature.
Sling, clumsy, bless: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
1d1d6 ⇒ 5
But his command of the sling is even worse than with his bombs. He sighs and reloads his sling.
GM Bret
Evindal misses.
Zac finishes off the Blue slurk.
Out of combat.
You look at the book she was reading. It is an apocryphal book of Groetus lore. The margins have notes in them of how some tidbit might be useful in her plans. On the inside cover are some notes about how she added the element of Aroden worship to it in order to attract the residents.
The book really isn’t worth anything except as possible evidence of her plans.
Searching the place, you find several bags of offerings and gifts to Ahksiva. Some of them include magical reagents and other valuable items. You take these and the huge polished silver religious symbol with you back to town.
The trip back to town is uneventful. You crash for the night at the Inn.
When you wake and go for breakfast, the Inn is abuzz with people talking about what happened. News traveled quickly of your actions at the Guiding Light and there was a raid after you left. Everyone is talking about how the cult seems to have been broken up.
You head to the lodge and make your report. Venture Captain Themis mentions how a report before leaving town last night would have been good. It would have allowed her to more quickly secured the Guiding Light after your raid. Other than that one detail, she is pleased with everything you have done.
She is ecstatic that both Reast and Ahksiva are defeated. She promises to do all she can to keep hope alive in Admiral’s Fen and ensure that monsters that prey on the down trodden can’t find their way into the city.
You find out later that without Ahksiva and Reast, the cult known as Groetus’s Chosen quickly dissolves. Admiral’s Fen sees a dramatic drop in violent crime and vandalism over the following months. You learn efforts to drain the neighborhood begin again in earnest.
The people of Cassomir no longer fear to walk the streets.
GM Bret
You succeed at your primary and secondary objectives. You also found all treasure bundles.
There was a chance during the investigation that Reast would become aware of your groups activities. If that had happened, there would have been another battle where cultists ambushed you and the cult would have been more on guard at the Guiding Light.
There were a few minor mishaps that did increase the difficulty of the battle, but not enough to alert Reast.
Congratulations!
I will start working on Chronicles. Please alert me in the Discussion area if there are any changes to the information you gave or special noted needed on your chronicles.
I hope you all had fun!

Evindal is pleased that they have succeeded in their mission but resolves that he had better spend some time on the practice grounds working on his aim with his bombs, his sling, well really with everything... Upon consideration, he makes an appointment to have his eyesight checked.

Rose stretches and smiles, "I didn't get downed this fight, ah that's a pleasant sensation. Anyways let's get her corpse and what was going on here reported to the Venture Captain! OH and see if we can start trying to counteract those stupid prophecies with Aroden joining Groteus."
She takes a deep breathe and then looks at the slime still all over her feet and legs. "... but first I want to get clean! Anyone else?"
