Oh, Yep, thank you. Misread the "gains another extra ability at 6th, 12th, and 18th levels." as just gains an extra ability, Should be a quick fix! Added Speech.

Pretty much just waiting for Villar to respond, and I'll start moving things along (unless there was anything else that people wanted to do).
A thought that recently occurred to me; what are people's thoughts on how to run initiative in combat? I see a number of people who run the actions on a kind of 'first come, first served' system, split between groupings. For the most part, I don't have an issue with this, but I'm a bit of a traditionalist in that I feel resolution should still be done in initiative order. Any opinions for or against?

I'm fine with the resolution happening in order or not. I always justified it as just an agreement of "We will have each character delay until the player is present so long as no hostile actions occur." but either way so long as actions can be declared in groupings to keep things moving (Though that doesn't seem like much of an issue with this group so far!)

I see it as Futin waving excitedly at Talina, and thinking he knows her just because he heard her name once. I'm not sure if Talina would indulge him in his meanderings about dragons and mysteries, though.

That is a good question.
I suppose we would have at least run into each other. But how much pestering would have happened from your end? As in would there have been a casual conversation first that then derailed into your musings, or just straight into them?

Another thought:
I would normally do spoilers for each character when your actions are separate (ie. secret from the others), how do you like the format so far? Would it be better with spoilers up until you are officially a team?

Probably a good time to bring up that, if there is anything you guys want to find out, or what not, you certainly can. If you're not sure how to go about it, feel free to ask.
If you have the Core Rulebook, or are using Archives of Nethys, you'll notice that many skills/abilities have the 'Secret' trait on them; ie. Recall Knowledge.
If you want to use one of these, just add an OCC to your post to let me know, and I'll make the roll to see the outcome.
If you're already familiar with these rules, forgive me for rehashing. I figure that I'll probably be going through the basics somewhat to make sure that everyone is one the same page, as well as just refreshing the memory of those that have been playing for a while (including myself).

Just making sure...there aren't any conveniently placed buckets of water anywhere, right? I see it in the options to fight the fire, but doubt they'd have anything handy...unless the janitor had just happened to be mopping;)
There are not any immediately available. But it is still an option, should you figure out a way to get your hands on some.

This is correct. If you have a Core Rulebook, there is a chart on pg. 273 that talks about handling/changing equipment.
Draw, stow, or pick up an item: Requires 1 or 2 hands (based on the item in question); Interact Action.

GM, I just realized something. That third attack from the little beastie was actually a critical hit. My shield was not raised at the time and it hit my AC of 19 with a Nat 20, it should have done critical damage.
Retcon or no at this point?
I had noticed that myself just as I was posting. I was going to leave it and chalk it up to me not paying attention. Technically, that would have dropped you (3 extra points of damage), and then Futin would have brought you back up to 9 hp and Wounded 2 (Dying 2 after a crit).
I won't lie. This can be a tough first encounter if the dice don't go your way, so a flub or two is not out of the question.
This is also where I realized that I need to make a small adjustment to my GM posts. Those rolls probably should have been hidden. ;)
... In a nutshell, let's just go with what we currently have, with the knowledge that it could fairly easily happen again. :)

Well, I may have turned it around. That might be a crit with my startegic strike. Too bad my second strike has a nat 1.

So this whole 3-Actions to get Civilians out, am I allowed to move as part of it? The directions are a little unclear to me.
You have to be in one of the two sections, then use your 3 actions in a single round. The 3 actions that you use effectively represent the time you spend to get people up and out.
Yeah.. it's a weird system. This is the third time that I've run it, with slight differences each time, and it's still a bit awkward.

Yeah, you'd think it would be an action per person.
In a way, the way they are doing it here is a bit more efficient, as far as action economy. It just doesn't translate the greatest.

Yes. All civilians are now out. The fire is spreading quickly, and the smoke is still an issue. Futin seems to have come up with at least a way to reduce the damage caused by the smoke.

I've got a money in money out section on my sheet if you'd like I can add a party loot section as well and function as treasurer elsewise a loot sheet sounds fine.
