therealthom -- level 1 envoy Could rebuild to soldier if that fit the party better.
Farol -- lvl 2 Vanguard that I could put on this one, in couple of days he is finishing special.
Hawthwile newly-created Envoy
Vyecmuraf Details for the character have been figured out - now just to translate them into a profile.
Sethran -- a Soldier
I could even rebuild to mechanic. Or I have a level 2 operative, or a level 1 mystic that could play.
I just ended a game with a team that had two technomancers, two biohackers, a solarian and operative. Great bunch of players, but ridiculous overlap. The technomancer and biohacker builds were very similar.

Faction: Second Seeker (Jadnura)
Boons: Nothing of use ;)
Downtime: Social worker: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12
Aravon is a Vanguard, which means that he is good at being punched ;) He is not really skilled in anything ;) He has a point in Life Science, Intimidation, Stealth, Survival.
Actually this is the scenario that I played the least of all repeatable ;) From my previous experience junk racers were my least favorite part so I propose to do it first ;) The rest I don't mind

I think there's no real spoilers if I say we at least need a good pilot. HFG has a +7 modifier, but I believe based on everyone's choices of skill rolls that he's also the best engineer.
And if I recall correctly I think we need an engineer and possibly a gunner or two, too.

It was the name Grimace and the fact that you picked the big blue vesk.

Speed 40 ft., full 400 ft. EAC 10; KAC 12 Attack energy weapon (–4 to Piloting) Modifiers +2 Piloting, –3 attack Passengers 1 SPECIAL ABILITIES Remote Control Laboni’s junkracer and weaponry can be remotely controlled by the PCs, allowing them to make attack rolls and attempt Piloting checks in her place.
Upgrades add 5 to speed each, or 2 to EAC or KAC, or an extra weapon, or upgrade the current weapon, or upgrade the piloting, or +1 to attack modifier. Most people add speed and piloting in this scenario, will post results in a few minutes.

Likewise therealthom,
With regards to race just a word of explanation for Vyecmuraf as that was a surprise for me. This race has no map, and the description of it sounds a bit like the only speed that makes the difference here. So there are no maneuvers and any strategy. So the race consists basically: move forwards and decide who to shot.
@GM please correct me if I remember something badly I played this scenario once.
With regards to upgrades yeah I am fine to put majority into speed and piloting. But I will let Vyecmuraf decide.

Vyecmuraf would have no opinions on the matter - this is hardly what one would consider "high art", after all. XD
And as a player, speed and piloting make the most sense for a race.

@realthom Ahh, nope no idea ^^, scary though.
Grimace is happy to go for speed, but would focus two of their upgrades on weapons, whether installing a new one or reducing the attack penalty as required. It's a Vesk thing :P

If the only roles are pilot and gunner, we should go full Mad Max and add two guns. Otherwise some one is left aiding others. Let's try to blow stuff up. Then put the rest in speed or piloting aids, 'cause we want to win.
DG, am I interpreting the stats right? Does firing the guns penalize piloting?
| DoubleGold |
No, firing the gun does not penalize your piloting. The gun itself has a -3 modifier to it. So the gunner would use his dex+bab-3 to determine the hit rate. 3dex+1bab-3 to the gun=1 to hit the enemy. Unless you are referring to the -4, then in that case, A successful hit would cause the enemy to have a -4 to piloting.

DG, I accepted the implant, but it's crossed off my chronicle.
At the Lorespire Complex
An android enters, silently takes its sample and accepts the subdermal implant.
This android, it's clearly an android from the tracery of circuits along the surface of a plastically clear complexion, has a shock of wavy black hair running straight back from its high forehead. It's tall and lanky; its expression, blankly serene. It's high-collared form-fitting armor is reminiscent of work overalls, with pockets on the chest and thighs. Various gear hangs off its belt and pokes from the pack on its back.
[b]"I am HFG-5-309, mechanic....

I got my chronicle, the implant is crossed off, but I don't really care for it ;) I am fine not having it.
Thanks for the game all! See you at other tables.
