Yarr.
I'm looking for 4-6 Pathfinders for 1-06 Lost on the Spirit Road (1-4).
This is a replayable scenario and may be a bit different every time you play it. While I'm not quite as fast as posting as I used to be you should be able to post a bit more often than the 1/day standard for many games on these forums.
I'll be finalizing my decision on who to take by late (PDT) Sunday the 19th and getting started on the game by late Monday the next day, giving us a day or so to get details finalized and have fully functioning profiles etc.
To apply please post here with the following information:
1. How experienced are you with PFS2/2e/pbp so far (I'm mostly just curious but try and include at least 1 new player in all my low level pbps)
2. Something awesome about yourself.
3. A bit of info on the character you're most interested in bringing. (Applying from their alias works well, or even just a brief description if you don't have a functioning profile yet).
4. Have you played/read/GMed this scenarios before?
Things you'll need by game time if selected: A character sheet and Profile Header that I can read. (Please note I'm recruiting players rather than characters so you're not locked in to your preference from above)
As always if you have any questions or concerns please feel free to post those as well.

I would totally be interested!
1. Fairly experienced.
2. I have a cute dog.
3. Cariad is a half-elf ranger 1 recently returned to Absalom from Kyonin to spend some time with her human mother. She was commissioned into the Pathfinder Society for her excellent wilderness skills to help keep other agents from getting hurt. She has a leopard friend who is a little bit on fire.
4. Played and GMed multiple times. This is my only character without a credit for this scenario, so if the game looks like it's going high, I will step out rather than play up with my Level 1.

Interested.
1) Quick Study! (Several months new but totally getting the hang).
2) Used to have extensive house rules for 1st edition home game, trying to "solve" the "problems" I experienced. When 2nd edition dropped, it seemed as though they tried to "solve" the same "problems" so I have converted completely, and not looking back.
3) Tao is Laurel's big (half) sister, from a large Varisian matrilineal bunch.
4) Yes (played) and No (GMed).

I am in. I have not played this one yet.
1) Currently running one for gameday. Have ran a few quest before. Never played one on PBP.
2) I've been involved in Public Safety jobs since I was 16 (Going on 15 years)
3) Will be bringing Grum Skoljar. Half-Orc barbarian, level 4. He is known to be very brash and uncaring. He is very opinionated and will most likely look for the simplest way to get through things. Most likely by using force. This is why he has a hireling that has both Diplomacy and Legal Lore, to talk him out of trouble if he comes across it.
4) I have GM'd it once when it first came out. Have not played it at all.
I will have to throw together a character sheet for him, but I can definitely get it together prior to game start.
Of course, if you are recruiting lower levels, I can make a level 1.

1. I've little experience in PbP and no experience in PF2e. Fairly experienced in PF1e and many other systems over the years.
2. I exposed folk-blues guitar legend John Fahey to the music of slowcore indie rock legends Low. He declared his intention to steal some of it for an upcoming record. I don't know if he ever did.
3. I'd like to play a scoundrel rogue who has been in some trouble for impersonating Chelaxian nobles both as a way of facilitating Bellflower Network operations and for her own purposes. She uses a fighting fan because fighting fan.
4. Never played never GM'd.

Hrmm, I might be doing something stupid adding another game, but I haven't been busy at work and likely won't be for a while yet. I'll sign up, but if there's a new player who wants a spot, I'll gladly drop out.
1) I'm moderately experienced with PF2 and extremely experienced with pbp as:
2) I'm living in Japan, so in-person games are hard to find and the few I have don't do pathfinder, so almost all of my games have been online.
3) Zhera is from the expanse. Her main job is buying supplies her tribe can't get in the expanse and trading the things that the make. She doesn't go home for reasons and as she's got considerable free time, she joined the society. Bit spikey and doesn't suffer fools lightly. Also sadly level 1 (cause 1 quest and 2 scenarios does not a level 2 make).
4)Nope, nay, and not yet.

Hello Pirate GM, and thanks for running this!
Hello to all I might be playing with in case I am in the game... and good game to all who will be playing!
1. - I am trying to learn, and, having switched to playing & GMing 2nd Edition I believe I am starting to have some experience now.
2. - As a kid I met and became friends with Chief James Holy Eagle, the great-grandson of Sitting Bull, and a spiritual leader of the Sioux Native Americans, which led to discovering a culture unknown to me, and many adventures (he died at age 102).
3. - I would be playing one of the Crookedoe Sisters. They are all Goblin Maestro Bards, but some are more experienced (higher level) than others.
Poblin, here, under whose alias I am posting, is the sister who is into gymnastics, and helps the others with athletics.
4. - Yes, I have, both, but always happy to discover new players and characters to experience it.
However, if you have people new to PbP or PFS 2E I am more than happy to be passed over for this adventure and let new people discover the game.
I can see which level of character to play according to what best fits the group, and will have the character sheet & header ready.

Oooo... I'm interested!
1. I would say I've got an intermediate level of experience with 2e, but I've been doing PbP for a few years now. It's my main form of play!
2. A bunch of years ago I was getting a tattoo. It was an all day thing, and I made friends with the tattoo artist. Near the end of the session he said, "Hey, I got a consultation with Angelina Jolie after the shop closes. You're welcome to stick around and meet her."
That's the awesome part. The less awesome part (debatable) is that I said no, and instead was on time for a friend's birthday party.
3. Zandu is my attempt at a Sczarni rogue in 2e. He's brand new, but I think I'll play with him being ex-Aspis. I'd be up for playing him, but I can easily (and happily) play something else. Like a Fighter or Ranger
4. This scenario is brand new to me!

Sounds like fun!
1. Lots of experience in all of the above (as far as it's possible to have lots of PF2 experience less than a year in).
2. I, too, have a cute dog :P
3. I'd like to play this with my rogue, Natollo "Nat" Knaagdier. He was one of my Playtest characters that I've re-created a bit for PF2. A troubled youth and pickpocket, he was 'adopted' by a kindly champion of the Prismatic Ray (one of Kate's characters), who dragged him along to Pathfinder Society missions to keep him out of trouble. Like Kate above, I'm light on characters in tier that don't have this credit. If you're going high tier I'll step back as well.
4. I've both GMed and played this scenario (nearly got TPKed by a ruthless GM the first time...)

1 person marked this as a favorite. |

If we are doing pets, then I see your cute dogs and rise you two cute cats! (sorry but I love sharing pictures of these guys!)

I am interested.
1. I've played most of the PFS 2e scenarios and GMed a couple. Despite playing Pathfinder and Starfinder for years I have yet to try PbP. I've been intrigued for ages but I find I'm a little intimidated by it. Gaming withdrawal has finally pushed me to give it a whirl.
2. When I first played D&D way back in 1978 my rulebook came with numbered cardboard chits you cut out and drew from a cup instead of rolling dice. It took us forever to realize that specialized dice existed.
3. Zaza is a half-shoanti half-orc sorceress from the Hold of Belkzen where she worked as their equivalent of a policewoman. Her surname “The Measure” is actually her Shoanti name translated into common from Shoanti to Orcish to Goblin and finally to Common so it has deviated a bit from its original meaning of Law-bringer.
4. I have played this scenario once before.

3. Zandu is my attempt at a Sczarni rogue in 2e. He's brand new, but I think I'll play with him being ex-Aspis
Just in case you are not aware of this (or if others do not know all these backgrounds) there is the Former Aspis Agent among the Legacy Backgrounds.
