Eh, I considered restricting the choices to humanoid forms, but whatever, go nuts.

Choosing an already high level monster so only few PC levels are needed is probably the easiest thing to do. I most definitely would go that way because I'm lazy.

Btw, 45 K is the wealth.

Currently leaning toward a Shield Archon paladin, just because it sounds cool.

I'm gonna be Pharasma's herald.

I think that, by the rules of monster advancement, there is no extra gear for you.

I think Isi has some money to spend. Perhaps some armor?

Now that I think about it, I can't separate the d&d and the pathfinder cosmology, they are mixed on my mind. I probably have more knowledge of all d&d stuff though, so the cosmology used might differ a lot form the PF one.

Yeah I'm still trying to figure this out, never played a monster before, How would I calculate wealth, like a 2nd lever fighter or would my wealth level be at 15th level or something?

So I've never posted a big multi-attack like that before, I think it came out good, but I welcome any formatting tips. For example, every attack does 1d6 cold damage, Is there a special way I should represent that for resistances and such.

Lets just agree that your last dice is always that extra 1d6 ice damage.

That's correct.

If I remember correctly, being a Good-aligned outsider lets me bypass that DR automatically.
