Sorry for the delay - crazy busy day.
Dawa once again strikes his buckler for emphasis as he begins to intone a Celestial battle ode to victory.
Swift action to Inspire Courage. With the Banner of the Ancient Kings, everyone is now at +4 attacks, +4 dmg. Noting now so I don't forget: when the fight is over, unless we are rushed for some reason, Dawa spends 10 minutes polishing the buckler.
In the cramped space of the corridor, there's not really enough room for Dawa to get closer and see what is going on. Move action to move up.
I'm not sure if I have line of sight from Dawa's new position or not. If yes, Barbed Chains (60' range) on the creature. If no, no standard action.
For each chain, if it hits, DC 18 Will or shaken for 1d4 rounds (shaken doesn't stack with each other)
Trip 1 vs CMD, inspire, banner: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (8) + 16 = 24
If hit, Will DC 18 or shaken rounds: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Once the creature is tripped, any remaining chains will attack for S dmg
Trip 2 vs CMD, inspire, banner: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (9) + 16 = 25 OR Attack 2 vs prone AC: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (10) + 16 = 26 S dmg: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
If hit, Will DC 18 or shaken rounds: 1d4 ⇒ 3
Trip 3 vs CMD, inspire, banner: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (13) + 16 = 29 OR Attack 3 vs prone AC: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (4) + 16 = 20 S dmg: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
If hit, Will DC 18 or shaken rounds: 1d4 ⇒ 4
Meanwhile, K'nai moves up and squeezes into the small corridor. Fortunately, this is not difficult for him with his Narrow Frame.

Tachonious, she will provoke an AoO from you while standing up. She then takes a 5' step back into the tunnel (so she has cover from Tachonious) and starts casting a full-round spell. Only Tachonious and Taman currently have line of sight, so the rest of your readied actions won't trigger.

The tunnel soon widens into a cave with an exit leading out the opposite wall. A five-foot-wide pit fills the eastern side of the cave. Just beyond the pit, a three-foot-tall wall of jagged stones has been erected to form a low barricade.
Taman, Tachonious, Xilt, and Almaas notice that, crouched behind the barricade is a robed-figure holding a dagger!
I’ve circled the pit in black, and marked the wall with yellow.

Additional folded bedrolls lie nearby, and a large chair next to a small writing desk rests before the wall opposite the only entrance.
Two men in robes, dressed much like the man you just slew, stand in the center of the chamber holding daggers. Near the back of the cavern, next to the writing desk, is a woman wearing a robe covered in tiny stars and a jewelled headband. She speaks confidently. ”Welcome, intrepid ones.
