So, I've been thinking about this lack of healing we have. I'll probably pick CLW for a known spell, but I believe we'll need more punch at higher levels.
Now I intend to keep UMD maxed out, even invest Skill Focus for it if we choose to go this route, but I believe we should pool our resources to make up for the lack of full divine progression. So, we may want to buy wands of CLW, Bless or even Shield of Faith to be used group-wise. Later, Heal, Restoration and/or even Summons.
Looking to hear inputs.
Yeah, I like that idea. I'll add ranks to heal but that will only get me so far so wands and pots are good.

How do you want to deal with loot?
I was thinking we can put everything into a pool then divide it up later or someone can claim it straight away.
I'm happy to keep track of the loot if DM Squirrel Ninja wants to start a google sheets doc and link it to the campaign.

also, this time tomorrow I'm on summer holidays. First day of holidays is apparently going to be a balmy 36C (~97F). I don't have plans to go away so I don't see a decrease in my posting rate.
It is not my call, but I would put forward an option.
Loot could be divided up by who needs it the most or who it makes sense to go to. If it is an upgrade of armor for example, the original piece would be offered up to the remaining people. If no one takes it, it could be sold and split up among the party.
Gold/jewels could be divided up 6 ways. A share for each of you, and a share for "party funds." This could be used to buy items that would benefit the party; wands, scrolls, spells cast on people, etc...
This is what my playgroup does in person and it seems to work out well enough. It is just an option. Still 100% the parties decision.
I will make a google doc sheet and link it to the group. @Ottast would you want to send me a PM with your email? I will add you as a collaborator on the doc so you can edit it.
Hey all. I just wanted to do a check in roll call. Seems like these past two weeks have been extremely hit or miss due to illness and life. I just wanted to make sure everyone was still in on this game. If we are that is great! What can I do to help facilitate the game for you all to help promote more frequent postings?

@Trawets think about your background. Trawets was sent because the temple of the high priest of Nethys "wouldn't send any of the more useful worshipers" on this mission to explore the strange beast n the Border Woods. This would be a great opportunity to try to learn everything you can about the beast in the woods to prove that you are a useful worshiper! Scratch that, that you are the most useful they had but didn't utilize your skills properly.
What would your character do on the heals of these two battles? One with undead, a second one with a large snow spider? Isn't it odd that there is a snow spider in Taldor?

I hate to do this but I have to regretfully inform that I'm going to have to pull out. As I said earlier, I've recently had some issues with my computer that's made it difficult to get access to the Internet. Furthermore, I've kind of spread my myself thin here but being a few other online games, and since I joined up with this one last I think its only fair that I pull out now before my leaving becomes even more disruptive for this game.
Anyways, thanks for the opportunity to play and I hope this goes on to completion!

A cleric would be good. We are a bit short of healing and status removal.
Well it looks like we have someone that will be either playing a cleric of Sarenrae or a healing Ley Line Guardian Witch that would have a healing oriented patron.
While I'm partial to clerics of Sarenrae, especially with the fire domain (I just love the idea of a cleric throwing a fireball), anyone that can heal and do status removal will be good. Looking forward to see what Neil comes up with.
Reporting for Duty: One wayward witch with an affinity for ley line magic, a heart of gold as a healer and caretaker, and a haunted past still tying her to the cruel land of Irrisen.

Jujo, bards are proficient in light armor and shields and do no suffer arcane spell failure when using either. More problematic would be the size of any armor, shields or weapons found.

Weapon and Armor Proficiency: A bard is proficient with all simple weapons, plus the longsword, rapier, sap, short sword, shortbow, and whip. Bards are also proficient with light armor and shields (except tower shields). A bard can cast bard spells while wearing light armor and use a shield without incurring the normal arcane spell failure chance. Like any other arcane spellcaster, a bard wearing medium or heavy armor incurs a chance of arcane spell failure if the spell in question has a somatic component. A multiclass bard still incurs the normal arcane spell failure chance for arcane spells received from other classes.
I think that the necklace would be a good option. It could be something that she wished she had while she was in training away from her family. Something that she built up in her mind that she needed to have with her and would never be without it.

Works perfectly. I'll throw 25gp into the necklace, as well, so it has some real value to it. In addition, I'll say it has a locket with a tiny portrait of her parents inside it.

Silver seems more appropriate for Irrisen, but I think gold would make it more unique and stand out. Hence, it's more cherished by Revekka even for that simple fact.

Maybe something like this locket, but gold instead of silver. It's kind of a sunburst/star motif. Since I assigned Sarenrae as Revekka's deity of choice, that might be a fun connection. I like to think she discovered Sarenrae's faith only after venturing south into Taldor. And, as the goddess of sun, healing, and redemption, Sarenrae's faith resonates with Revekka trying to find a better life for herself.

Hey all. I thank you all for being understanding and allowing me the grace of time to get things settled back to norm with the passing of my grandma. I am doing a little catch up reading, great job keeping the RP going without me. It is totally stuff that I am not really needed for. I will have a post up this morning.

I agree with you Randgríðr. I should have been clearer. I think that you at 1 and Ottast at 5 are a good standard, it is more of how the order in the middle is. Losing Calie means losing another melee character and really which character would feel more comfortable coming 2,3,4

Probably in the #4 spot by swapping out with Jujo. I've got AC 14, but that's only after using my iceplant hex for a +2 natural armor bonus (which thankfully lasts all day...along with endure elements).
