Hey guys. I am excited to see everyone back on here talking. Things for me is kind of hectic, but I still want to continue this game. My boy is starting school back up again, which is interesting, and seminary is starting back up for me.

With all of this being said, I DO want to continue this game. I might not be able to post every day, but I will be continuing the game.

I apologize for my personal roadblocks and how that has impacted people being active in the game.

Actually, you're just compensating for me, Magni. Maybe my rolls will continue to be abysmal, but yours will continue to be incredible to compensate. If it keeps up, you may even end up being the party's social character!

That is an interesting question. He is part of the rescue, but unless he comes back he is converting to a NPC. I only put what was in the pouch according to what Alice took out.

If I recall correctly, Revekka offered to abstain from the reward for rescuing the noblewoman. She's here because of the strange weather, investigating on behalf of her sponsor in Oppara. I know that's the sub-optimal choice, but in play-by-post that's less of a concern to me. It's the story that matters.

Hey guys. Sept 1st I had a friends mother pass and they asked me to do the funeral and graveside service. Been booked up with that. I am going to get things going as you enter the room.

So I will be posting this in all my games: I am moving from EST to PST finally (this was kinda expected but has been in limbo due to the pandemic). The movers will begin being at my house tomorrow, with final pack out day being Thursday, after which time I will begin to be on the road.

I am not making a straight shot, as it were, across the country. I will have a few rest periods to see family on the way. I expect that I will finish the cross country period mid OCT, after which time I begin the house hunting phase in earnest.

I should be able to keep posting during this time period, but some days (especially any that I am driving) are probably going to be limited in quantity (though hopefully not quality) of posts. That said, feel free to bot me in combat it necessary to keep things moving.

Hey Alice! Thanks for the heads up. Hope this transition is smooth for you. Is this for a new job or a new position?

I will be stationary for this week, traveling again on the weekend. I will be doing things with the family (probably go to the zoo etc) but I am not having to drive multiple hours each day.

Next two days will be on the road again. With any luck will be less eventful than the trip to here was (oldest apparently gets motion sick... we have since acquired children's dramamine, so hopefully that negates it). Will be stable once we get there for a little bit again before the final push.

Well I wouldn't say I "jinxed the dice" but Disable Device isn't the easiest at 1st level

Well, considering my post had 8 d20 rolls whose highest roll was 14 and only 2 above 10, and our attempts at Vrixx's cage were abysmal as well....

This was an subtle way of saying that even if you rolled a 20 it might not have been successful....
