Long live Dragh the Unscathed!
Can we find a way to handle rests? Because Tamerius and Dragh are still hurt from yesterday's fight. I think we got plenty of time to heal ourselves, it's just that we didn't take the time to roll dice.
I prompted you several times to do so. Even to go back in time and so some backdated rolls.
It was never done.So I had just decided now to not prompt you anymore.
I will leave it to you to either take the opportunities to Heal, or ask for someone to Heal.

realize how violent the animal actually was compared to other specimens of its race
Giggett might wonder about this, but she has no idea.

Natsume Ren |

Metaknowledge: boars WILL charge you and are generally considered very dangerous to hunt due to a combination of massive size, big tusks, an aggressive demeanor, and a tendency to keep charging even if impaled (which is why we invented the Boar Spear)!

GM Wayfinder |

If you want to roll some Recall Knowledge or just consider you know more, or ask, tell me.

GM Wayfinder |

@Giggett: ah, too bad! I rolled a success...
Recall Knowledge is a Secret roll, so I should have rolled it. Next time.

GM Wayfinder |

The killing of the wild boar... brings your group another fine 60 XP.
And your uncovering of the deliveries made to the mysterious “H,” award the party 30 XP.

GM Wayfinder |

No problem about the GoogleMaps algorithms... I've been thinking about how to handle this for a bit, since I was quite sure I would be asked for a list of what exactly has been delivered to whom over the past years!
I will wait to see what the others (Natsume and Tamerius) have to say about Dragh's analysis of the Books before answering about that (which is in the evening anyhow).

GM Wayfinder |

(I left it out of the spoiler since the others are kind of stuck doing a time consuming thing with results all will share, and otherwise would've been with you. But no problem to spoiler it if you think it is best)

GM Wayfinder |

I'll get you started on the Tour, then.
Hoping its okay with all (if not, just say what you do instead).
Also, please speak up if you want a change in rhythm, or more (or less) splitting the party, or less (or more) nudging you towards what is relevant.
This part is a bit open, with lots of people to see etc., and since it is PbP I always try to keep things moving so people do not get bored, but no problem if you tell me I am pushing too much.
So, just a reminder to not hesitate to say if things are not to your liking. To see what we can change.

I can still cast the GM spell: Multiple Walls of Text
(Will save vs. brain overload)

SuperBidi |

As it's my first PbP, I'm more adapting myself than making comments. Right now, it's good to me. I'm not lost, and it doesn't take me too much of my time.
I agree that current situation is a lot about investigation, and that, right now, I don't see where to search for the alchemist. But we still have a few leads we haven't covered.

GM Wayfinder |

If you want, you can roll your own Secret rolls by making a spoiler (marking it as for GM, or Secret or whatever), with your roll and the various info'(like Tamerius just did: Recall Knowledge, +5 Arcana, +4 Nature, +7 Religion) in it.
And then you just do not open your own spoiler.

GM Wayfinder |

I am up for anyone who wants to do it that way.
It speeds things up, and, yes, that way you are rolling your own die.
Otherwise it seems I roll all for you which is not that fun.
What do you mean by failing your line? Not writing the correct coding?

I am fine with trying that. If we fail the expression the GM can roll for us at that time. You can always preview the dice expression on a different dice. SO do Bla: 1d21 ⇒ 10 and then change 21 to 20 which will give you completely different roll. You still can screw that up, but the chances are smaller.

GM Wayfinder |

Yes, I can reroll if it is wrong.
But in general those are simple d20 rolls.
You will often do a d20 and put beside the bonuses you want to use.
(you can even prepare such a command and put it in your character sheet, like:
Recall Knowledge
[dice]1d20[/dice
+5 Religion +3 Nature ...
And then just paste that

Natsume gets one BP.
Braggadocio Point
They are used to nag the other players with.

GM Wayfinder |

Tamerius: don't forget to roll Medicine to try and patch your valiant warrior up.

XP Award: For escorting Targen safely and learning more about the town, award the PCs 30 XP.

GM Wayfinder |

Here is where I've been noting the XP.
490 XP
• 3 mangy wolves (90 xp) & 1 caustic wolf (80xp)
• bees (40 xp)
• ghost of Talmore (80 xp)
• boar (60 xp)
• books (30 xp)
• bloodseekers (80 xp)
• village tour (30 xp)
I think it is 1000 to level.

GM Wayfinder |

I removed the link and pasted it here, because the link will change I think.
My note pages are at the bottom, so their number increasing when I add pages before.
If you want I can paste it somewhere else. But I think it's fine if I just tell you when you are about to get the XP to level up.

GM Wayfinder |

I have already my idea of when I would level you up.
I am tracking the XP to see if it works about the same.

GM Wayfinder |

Not at home, but out working.
So, just to make sure: in PF2 Darkvision has no range other than natural sight, correct?
You see in B&W in the dark, as far as you would see in daylight or whatever (no 60 ft. range etc.), correct?
In PF2 the bullseye gives a cone of light (60 ft I think?) and then dim light in the same increment.
So it is not a narrow beam flashlight.
But, yes, I would say it helps with not being as easily spotted.
Especially by people not looking out for light.
And I'd say you can probably reduce it a bit with cloth or whatever (a 15 or 30 foot cone and less light).

GM Wayfinder |

Yes, that works for me.
People can still see the light in the dark. But a lot harder, especially, as I said, if they are not looking for things like that.

Dragh Goldenoak |

If we only care about bumping into things, I think they would be good without any lamp. Assuming that there is moonlight present, they will be able to walk in a village. If we enter buildings without any source of light it will be worse, but than we can use torches, light spell etc.
Unless it is really bad weather and it is pitch-black on the streets.
