The pit and all was a good plan.

But you first walked around a bit when arriving and looking at the Keep.
And then you scouted around for a good place.
So, when Sitril (I think) decided to cover tracks, I tried to hint a few times at doing it a bit more than just around the ambush place.
Thus, since the Huntress goes out to get food I imagined she would look around for animal tracks and so maybe spot your tracks from arriving and seeking the ambush place-- and rolled a 19 (which anyhow was over the DC of your cover tracks).
Which made her move back and alert as to people checking them out ("A Gnome with a big ego leaning to the right amongst them!" she even said! xD).
Then, when Natsume and GIggett moved back, you changed routes and such-- but did not try to cover tracks... so, sadly, she tracked you back to the ambush.

Moved you to the outside the Fort map since you will be there at one moment I guess.

And deleted the other maps/images (they are in the main file if needed).

For me, do as you prefer. I don't think there's a definite "right" answer as we don't know have all the information to judge.

Ok, I am not sure yet what to do as Sitril.

We learned that whoever the master is (probably V ;), but who knows) know everything that this flying donut knows and sees. We can kill it and deal V 2d10 mental damage, I am down to that. Are we all in agreement to do this?

No objection here. It’s slightly risky (as harming people you’ve never met before tends to be), but I’ll be surprised if even 20 damage is enough to kill her outright.

What did I miss?

If it is the 2 it rolled, that is a normal failure vs. DC19, thus it took the damage.
To Crit' Fail vs. DC19 it needs to roll a nat' 1.

To Crit' Fail w. +16 or less, than that means rolling a 2 +16 = 18 and 10 under, so a DC28 target or more. Was there an attack w. that DC?
(sorry, a bit tired and going to bed, so do not see it)

It looked like the acid came first.
That could be what Giggett saw.
Seems like Natsume saw something different?
But anyway, I'm not that hurt, and that's the important part!
And Giggett is less hurt this way! 6-5 is better than 4-5. Maybe that's what was best to see?

@Giggett: sorry for having moved you down too early. Since I knew you had not acted but only posted your reaction, I guess I forgot that when making the post.
You are good now, right? (A feint-- that you do not follow up on ; and two Strides)

To ALL: do you know of any rules re. a Large creature in a "normal" space?
The "Squeeze" rules in PF2 are more specific than PF1:
p.241 CRB
You contort yourself to squeeze through a space so small you can barely fit through. This action is for exceptionally small spaces;

Which is not the case here, I would say.
--many tight spaces are difficult terrain (page 475) that you can move through more quickly and without a check.
Thus I would say going one size smaller is a tight space... meaning it is "only" difficult terrain (slower speed, but not flat footed even).

Has anyone seen any other rule?
(I checked yesterday, and again today, but can find nothing...)

I’m seeing it being left to GM discretion; I’ve seen it argued that a Large creature shuffling down a hallway should be flat-footed (since they don’t have as much room to maneuver), but it’s ultimately left up to you. It’s a tiny gap where the rules aren’t quiiiiite specific enough—a couple of examples would really help here.

And considering my check, I didn't follow up on the Feint, I guess it's not a level -1 creature ;)

I think you got it for squeezing. I'm not sure we need more than that, it's already annoying for them.


I'm torn...
Running away is the easy thing to do, but current situation is also quite good. Our tank is in front line, and we can all kill it from afar...
