The goblin commando deftly avoids the sticky spittle. A wicked grin crosses his face as he stares at Camil who stands between him and the door. Then an arrow sprouts from his neck. His eyes bulge in surprise and then he tumbles over.

The room has been utterly vandalized. The bodies on the floor have been cut and further mutilated with hot glass drippings. The worst of them is an older gentleman (noted by the blue crystal) whom the locals recognize as Longiku Kaijitsu. He is totally encased in glass except for his head. He appears to have been beaten as well.

Runt is inured to death. It's just a part of life for her and, though she is not evil, she is very desensitized. The dog starts gnawing on one of the goblin corpses until it vanishes.

Once the room is secure, Rowan begins looking over the bodies for anything of note.

Trunt holsters his crossbow and wipes his blades clean on a bit of clothing nearby. We should check to see if anything escaped while we were fighting. I'll go check the other doors. Anyone want to come with me?" Trunt walks to the back of the room, through the door and checks to see if the back double doors (Door 4) are secure. Then makes his way through the rooms to the other eastern door (Door 3).

Not saying much - well anything - Runt is fidgeting with impatience while Rowan loots the bodies. Runt doesn't bother at first. She's never known a goblin body to have anything useful. But then she remembers that flask of alchemist's fire that vendor found on a goblin corpse and decides to see if the leader has any of that.

After a quick check, she follows Trunt.

With the threat in this room eliminated, Lavanor follows Trunt to secure the rest of the building, sword still in hand.

I'm not sure if Isabella was able to cast her CLW on me last round. It looks like she is also injured, so I'll wait to leave room in case she wants to channel energy to heal both of us.

The goblins have various pieces of jewelry, some worn, some in their pouches (12 pieces total worth 60 gold). Between them, the goblins have 71 gold value in coins (2 pp 42 gp 80 sp 100cp)All have dog slicers (goblin short swords) and small wooden shields of moderate quality, and wear leather armor. You suspect the armor is more appropriate for the fire heap than to sell.

While Rowan and others look over the body Trunt and friends (Runt and Lavanor) head out to check on the doors. Right after they check the northern double doors (door 4) and find them still locked, a man accompanied by two goblins walks in through a door in the same hall.

I hate to mention it, but that hit on Trunt needs a crit confirm I think...

Trunt winces from the thrown dagger and slashes at the Goblin in front of him again with his 2 daggers.

@Zandril: the goblin dog is Runt's summoned primordial dog. You would have seen her summon it at the big fight in the beginning and then in the house when the goblin under the floor. I will have you attack the lead goblin.

Zandril runs the lead goblin through and it falls screaming at the bleeding wound.

Trunt rushes after them into the stairwell.

I've got 3 options...

1st-I move once and cant see them, so I move again.

2nd-I move once and can see them. They are in bare earth tunnels and I use a racial SLA to cast Entangle ahead of them using roots or some such.

3rd-I move once and can see them but they are still in artificial stairs or in a worked stone tunnel and I shoot with my crossbow at Tsuto.

Trunt moves to see what he can see. It is a steep flight of stairs that drops about 15 feet. The stairs end at a worked floor. Trunt can see that the tunnel continues and even turns to the left at the base of the stairs but he cannot see either of the villains though he did see the goblins heels as he disappeared down the hall running straight from the stairs.

See inset map in top right of the big map. I have generally crowded everyone around the entry to the stairs for convenience. Stairs are difficult terrain.
