Trunt continues down the tunnel toward where he spotted the goblin, yelling, "I'll keep after them, I'm with you Rowan."
Trunt has 20 move left. I realize this might not be optimal...but he's going for it anyway.

As Rowan hustles by, from the side passage, Tsuto slashes Rowan's arm. Trunt sees the attack.
Rowan has enough movement to go all the way to the goblin or he can stand and face Tsuto. Trunt can move an additional 5' from where I have him.

Trunt moves into the side passage to engage Tsuto and make room for more of his compatriots.

Zandril hurries down the stairs and stabs at Tsuto, but can't seem to get a good angle around the corner.

Lavanor, Camil, and Isabella move into the hall on the other side of the door. Camil had previously moved through the hall but there were a couple of doors left unchecked. He goes to the far door and Lavanor checks the closest. Camil's door opens upon a short hallway with a single door. Lavanor opens the door onto an office. A display case stands on the western wall while a table and four chairs dominate the rest of the room. There are two windows to the east with curtains drawn, a door to the north, south, and west. The door to the south appears to be a heavy exterior door.

The dog closes the distance with the goblin. Runt follows and finds herself amidst her allies. Valtyra also follows but halts behind everyone on the steps.

The goblin slashes at the dog giving it a nasty gash. Tsuto jabs his sword forward in retaliation against Zandril and takes him in the gut. Zandril gives out a grunt of pain and collapses to the ground, a pool of blood forming beneath him. Then Tsuto takes a step back into the hall behind him.
I checked Zandril's parry but it was not sufficient.

Trunt steps forward toward Tsuto and slashes twice at him with his daggers.

@Lavanor, no, but perhaps a misunderstanding on my part. It looks like an alchemists lab but no stairs.
Valtyra (botting, take over when you can) lets the flames wash out from her hands and pour over her companions. Their immediate horror changes to surprise as the warm flames knit up the nicks and scrapes they have and even partially heals the nasty gut wound Zandril suffered. (Zandril may act but he is currently prone and had dropped his weapon).
Lavanor opens the door to discover a small private office. Even here, he and those helping him can hear the sound of the fight in the basement. A loud grunt of pain can be heard and shouting is redoubled.
Valtyra burning hands heals 1/2 dmg: 2d4 ⇒ (3, 3) = 6 heals 3 pts on all allies in the basement except the dog

Camil crosses the room quickly, shouting to Lavanor and Isabella, I'm going left, you two!"
When he reaches the end of the hallway he will open the door on his left, scanning for stairs or other goblins.

"It sounds like they are fighting at the bottom of the stairs. Isabella, can you go see if we should come help or continue looking for another way down?" Lavanor asks, concerned by the sounds of battle.

"I'll go check," says the aasimar, shouldering her falchion and moving to see what is going on.

Camil finds the kitchen and larder which have been thoroughly destroyed by goblins. A broken dog slicer lies next to a hacked barrel as evidence of the monsters' passage. Isabdella walks onto the steps to see how the fight is going and sees a very pale Zandril rise on wobbly legs.

After Isabella's magic healing, Zandril feels a bit more invigorated. "Thank you. That's much better. Let's see if we can finish this now." Then muttering under his breath, "Let's also hope that heal isn't wasted."
With that Zandril takes off in an attempt to Acrobatics through Tsuto's square to block his exit.

Rowan shoots down the hall at the goblin. He hits, injuring its shield arm. Then the goblin, and goblins hate dogs, attacks the dog. He cuts the dog down and hisses at Rowan as if to say the big man is next.
Tsuto calls out in goblin, "Thrak, jItlhong 'e' yIQo!. DaSum nargh 'och!" Then he stabs Zandril again but the wound is not as critical as before.
"Thrak, help me out! I'm over by the escape tunnel!

Moving at cleric speed, Isabella tries to catch up to stop the remaining blighter.
I'm having serious problems with the map and can't really use it at the moment, so I'm not sure what the tactical situation looks like.

The steps into the basement let out near the corner of two halls. The steps ran north east to south west and the hall is east to west. The stairs merge with the hall on the north wall. Isabella is a few steps from the bottom and can see down the west wing of the hall. The goblin is just around the corner to the west and is being fought by Runt and Trunt. Rowan is near the corner and shooting at it. Out of your immediate vision to the east is where Tsuto was hiding. Zandril has moved in past Tsuto and cut him down. Valtyra is immediately in front of you at the base of the steps.
With a 30' move, Isabella could move to engage the goblin but would have to move past it and incur an attack of opportunity. Or she could move around the corner to join Zanril and perhaps check a door in the hall.

Isabella moves in the direction of the goblin only to have him take off running. He dashes around a corner in the hall and disappears from view. A moment later, Zandril sees the terrified creature come around the corner down the hall he is in. It appears to be going for a door either to escape or hide.

"He's on the run!" shouts Isabella back to the team. "But I don't think he has reinforcements. C'mon, we need to make sure he doesn't get away to tell any others!"

Runt hesitates for a second. One might think she WANTED more goblins to come. But the urge to bumpone of the little monsters off is too much for her and she gives chase, though a bit slowly. (double move for 40')
