Dak said Prestidigitation would work previously.
I'm perfectly fine with Mokhasi's approach. I'm sure it will take Esrisi the rest of this dungeon to figure it out anyway!

I figured but just checking. Drask will move in, staying right behind Sapher.

Can rogues sneak attack into concealment?
I was tempted to cover the squares beyond Drask and Sapher with Obscuring Mist but was very concerned about rogues hiding and getting sneak attacks on Drask and Sapher. If I am allowed to know that rogues cannot sneak attack into concealment, I would prefer to move my fog out another 5 feet to better protect Drask/Sapher from ranged attacks.
Most importantly, I don't want to stall the action based on a need to decide anything, so please move the action onward regardless.

It’s up to dak, but my understanding is that regular rogues may not sneak attack foes that are benefiting from regular or total concealment. Unchained rogues on the other hand, may get sneak attacks against foes benefiting from “regular” (not total) concealment.
So if these are unchained, then they can sneak attack you if you are at the edge of obscuring mist (concealment with a 20% miss chance), but not if you are further in (total concealment with a 50% miss chance). Otherwise, if they are not unchained, they cannot sneak attack you at all if you are within the obscuring mist (as at every point you are benefiting from being under some amount of concealment, which negates sneak attack).

They wouldn’t be written as unchained as that book came out years after Shattered Star, but Dak can make them whatever he wants!:)

In my home game of CotCT, I converted and updated all the NPCs to more interesting/better classes and unchained classes, because they were more fun to run and *I* think they’re better balanced (a bit).

I agree, this is the perfect place for obscuring mist. It will provide us the cover we need.

            I got a rules question.
Drask's shadow double is a spell like ability. Does that mean it provokes? If so, would he have to make a concentration check? Does he have a caster level, what would his casting ability be?

Spell like abilities do provoke, supernatural and extraordinary do not. They also require a concentration check since they are considered the same as casting the spell. Since you get the ability at first but you aren't a caster class I would say your caster level would be 1. As for casting ability, I would say whatever is highest between Int and Cha so for you +0 on Int.
I couldn't find clarification on the caster stat part for non-spellcasters, but that seems to make the most sense.

Just the cestus so I can threaten. Still can use the hand for casting and holding things (just not like, disable device and whatnot). I'm holding the acid flask in one hand, and casting with the cestus hand.

On a side note, for the amount of enemies we just faced, we did a great job as a team taking them down quickly and with only a single hit against us. Good work everybody!

My wife gave birth to a baby boy yesterday! He came two months early. Mom and baby are well. Expect some delays in the near-term before I can catch up. Please bot me as needed.

Esrisi is a bit erratic and all over the place, but there are a few things that seem to catch her attention to distract her from the chaos and settle her mind. Though not her strong suit by any means, she enjoys historical items, learning new things and the Pathfinder Society. She also loves attention in case you missed that one :D

Oh, both Mokhasi and Litejedi noticed. We both noticed.
I am a little sad - I was playing in a pbp for Ironfang invasion that’s been unraveling for months and it finally died. I really loved the character too, ugh!
