As for recruitment... Season 4 is in theory designed for 4 heroes iirc, but is also kind of notoriously difficult, so I think picking up one or two more would be good.

The first player to respond to the 'help wanted' ad is Dax Thura who has a arcanist/rogue named Declan who is 5xp. He would be out of subtier for the first 3-7 game, which is next, but after that should be close to right in level with us.
He has only played The Sanos Abduction from Season 4 (which would be next in our planned order after the next one -- In Wrath's Shadow).
I have played a campaign style game with this player in the past (two in fact, I believe) and he was a routine contributor and a good player.
I would vote to have him fill the rogue-type need for us. Any objections?
Do we wish to add another? I have 6-7 other applicants, but promised to review them on a first come first served basis.

Declan sounds good to me. Does he plan to use a GM credit to catch up along the way?
On adding another: I think yes to that too. Given how suddenly a life can change and not have time for this,I err on the side of more players as a buffer to not be left with a non-valid table. However, some might feel strongly about adding people too quicky.

I'm a fan of adding another, and have also happily played with Dax before. It would definitely be better if Declan could get a credit or something to jump right in with us in In Wrath's Shadow though.

Dax for our roguish character is fine and I agree getting one more to fill in also would be a good idea.

As far as another player, GM Kuey applied, but he has played nearly half the upcoming scenarios, and so likely is not a good fit. GM Otha applied, but since our rogue spot is full he doesn't have a PFS-legal character ready for level 3.
I have a PM into another player who has a lvl 4 investigator to see how much SEason 4 they have played. Will keep you posted.

And if the Investigator doesn't pan out, I think a second rogue is far from the worst thing in the world. They can be flanking buddies :-)
Sounds like the investigator will be joining. He has played Night March, but so have several of us, -- we may have to replace in the planned list, and one we have planned for level 9.
