Daenan Lithos |

Daenan takes a few sidesteps next to Rish now giant tiger and lunges his spear towards the leaders face, while letting out a bellowing battlecry.
Attack on leader PA: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (15) + 7 = 22 Dmg: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
Move to O-10(5ft to 'west') and attack.

Daenan, Rish, Walker:
Daenan 23
Dragon 20
Rish 14
Warriors 12
Walker 3+
Leader 3-
Daenan stabs at the leder but some sort of magical barrier defeats his thrust. The old man just smirks. The dragon takes to the air and swoops overhead before landing on the beach behind Rish-cat. It spins, jaws wide.
Bite on Rish
1d20 + 16 ⇒ (4) + 16 = 20 to hit, damage 2d6 + 9 ⇒ (4, 3) + 9 = 16
Rish.

Kaerishidlon Greenbriar |

The sabretooth spins in response to the bite, charging and pouncing on the massive lizard.
Claw 1 attack and damage: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 122d4 + 4 ⇒ (1, 3) + 4 = 8
Claw 2 attack and damage: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 172d4 + 4 ⇒ (1, 3) + 4 = 8
Bite attack and damage: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 192d6 + 4 ⇒ (6, 5) + 4 = 15
On a hit with any of the attqcks, he will take a free action to grab the dragon.

Ujarak Berrycloth |

"I thought Cedric was going to be my only help, " Ujarak growls as he tries to twist around behind the warrior and bend the warrior's arm with him.
Grapple: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Ujarak, Cyriphrain:
The female warrior yells something from outside.
Cedric 1d20 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (5) + 1 - 4 = 2 to hit, damage 1d6 ⇒ 1 fire damage
Ward 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7 to hit, damage 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5 non-lethal damage
Cyriphrain's succeeded with his grapple, as has Ujarak because of Cyriphrain's assist.
Cyriphrain's turn.
Ujarak:

Daenan, Rish, Walker:
The warriors surge out of the cave. Four go straight for Daenan while two cirle round for Walker.
They pretty much all go through Daenan's threat zone so he can AoO as many as he is able. In the meantime:
W1 Club 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23 to hit, damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
W2 Club 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10 to hit, damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
W3 Club 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15 to hit, damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
W4 Club 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (20) + 6 = 26 to hit, damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
W5 Club 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 to hit, damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
W6 Club 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12 to hit, damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Potential crit from W4
1d20 + 6 ⇒ (14) + 6 = 20 to confirm, extra damage 1d10 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7
Walker.

Daenan Lithos |

Well I got 5 AoO so for simplicity let's say #1-5 in the same order. Mainly posting before bed(so hopefully no mistakes) in case a crit happens since that could actually change the battlefield(well a normal one might I don't know their HP)
To Hit #1: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (16) + 9 = 25 dmg: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
To Hit #2: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24 dmg: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18
To Hit #3: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15 dmg: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
To Hit #4: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (2) + 9 = 11 dmg: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18
To Hit #5: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (6) + 9 = 15 dmg: 1d8 + 11 ⇒ (7) + 11 = 18
Daenan takes full advantage of his longer reach and punishes those closing in.
HP 8/36

Walker Tair |

although this may change based off of those beastly damage rolls Daenan did...
1.) Swift Action: Scout sphere vs dragon.
arcana, DC 10+CR: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (18) + 9 = 27
This only reveals the target’s weaknesses, or lack thereof, (such as damage reduction types and vulnerabilities), and does not reveal any additional information about the target.
2.) free 5ft step to N11
3.) free action (Quick Draw): draw bow
4.) standard action: attack action: draw (Fast Draw talent) an improved acid flask and throw it at W2. This will do full damage to the target and all within 5ft. It will also hit W5 for a single point of acid damage. Controlled Rupture allows me to exclude myself and Daenan.
thrown flask ranged touch atk: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15
acid damage: 3d6 ⇒ (6, 1, 5) = 12
REF DC 16 halves damage for all except the main target (W2) who gets no save
Targets who take at least 2 points of acid damage from the initial attack take half the total damage again on the following round.
also i want to specifically see does this splash inside the cave or does it stop against a barrier (that dotted line).
5.) move action:load bow
"Go back where you came from! We belong to no one!"

Ujarak Berrycloth |

"She's coming in. The other guard is coming in!"
Or maybe not. That's the best message U is going to get out while he struggles with her boyfriend.

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Daenan, Rish, Walker:
W1 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21
W3 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18
W6 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 1 = 18
One of the warriors shrieks as his flesh blisters horribly and he collapses. But the others manage to avoid the worst of Walker's acid.
W2 down.
The leader grits his teeth and casts s spell.
Concentration check 1d20 + 9 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 9 + 4 = 19 v DC 17 for the ongoing effect of the acid.
Unholy Blight, affecting Rish, Walker and Daeanan. 4d8 ⇒ (8, 6, 5, 8) = 27 damage. If you are Good, you are Sickened for 1d4 ⇒ 4 rounds, but a DC 18 Will save halves the damage and negates the Sickened effect. If you are not Good, you take half damage which can be reduced by half again by a Will save, and you are not Sickened either way.

Daenan Lithos |

Daenan shrieks curses as the profane energies rush over him. "KILL" Comes out the last cry as a bloody body falls to the ground.
Stabilization DC 10: 1d20 + 1 - 5 ⇒ (6) + 1 - 5 = 2
As it would roll into Daenans turn hence the stabilization check
HP-6/34(-12=death)

Kaerishidlon Greenbriar |

Will DC 18: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Kaerishidlon is not good-aligned, so he takes 13 points of damage.

Walker Tair |

will save dc18: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (20) + 5 = 25
not good-aligned, so damage is 13 halved by my save making it 6 taken.
1. did my character see if the acid splashed against that dotted line or splashed past it? he was specifically looking for that.
2. did i get my scout on the dragon?
3. i read it wrong (didnt read, assumed), there is no reflex save. i assumed there was a reflex save since it was an area, but there isnt one in the ability description. thinking that was an oversight, i looked at the basic pathfinder alchemical thrown weapons and there isnt one on those either. so they all should have taken full damage.
3. on the beginning of their turn, the enemies will take 6 acid damage (except W4 who did not take damage to incur ongoing damage, and W5 will only take 1 damage since his original damage was 3)
4. the leader's concentration check should have been DC 20 due to the fact of there being no save. his damage would not have been halved by a save, therefore there would have been a higher DC. Up to you if you wanna retcon that since i goofed up here anyway.

Walker Tair |

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Walker, Rish, Daenan:
The dragon is vulnerable to fire. As for where the acid went, you haven't explained to me how this thing really works so I can't be sure. However, if it affects targets within 5', and since the dotted line is at 5', I would assume the acid doesn't go beyond.
Initiative
Daenan 23
Dragon 20
Rish 14
Warriors 12
Walker 3+
Leader 3-
Daenan.

Walker Tair |

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Daenan, Rish, Walker:
However, it appears that Tenro was right the first time and that those caught in Walker's splash area get a Reflex save. It is written in his character sheet under the general rules for formulas and I assume is a cut and paste from the rules he is using. That seems reasonable and puts the damage on a reasonable par with similar characters, e.g. alchemists' bombs and so on, so I am reasonably content that this is balanced. However, Tenro has neglected to put the specifics of the Acid formula (i.e. the one he just used) in his character sheet, so I would be grateful if he would so I can get an idea how it works and scales per level.
So, since no one has posted yet, I am re-retconning the situation back to where it was before. Daenan is unconscious, Rish and Walker have taken the damage from the Unholy Blight.
Regarding the dotted line, bear in mind that is player knowledge from reading the map, not PC knowledge - Walker is unaware of any dotted line and so cannot check for its existence. But actually all it signifies is the location of the cave mouth roof.

Cyriphrain, Ujarak:
Cyriphrain's Grapple check: 1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 4 + 2 = 23
He decides to inflict non-lethal damage 1d3 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4
Cyriphrain tries to choke the guard into unconsciousness. As he does so the woman thrusts the curtain aside. Ward and Cedric spring at her.
Cedric 1d20 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (20) + 1 - 4 = 17 to hit, 1d6 ⇒ 2 fire damage
Ward 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (13) + 2 = 15 to hit, damage 1d3 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3 non-lethal damage
Cedric critted!
Cedric 1d20 + 1 - 4 ⇒ (20) + 1 - 4 = 17 to confirm, extra fire damage 1d6 ⇒ 2
Go Cedric!
The woman snarls as Cedric's brand is shoved in her face while Ward's punch takes her in the abdomen. She swings her club.
Warrior woman attacks Cedric
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (9) + 4 = 13 to hit, damage 1d10 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Cedric staggers but doesn't fall. Meanwhile the male warrior punches and bites at Ujarak.
Unarmed Strike 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 to hit, damage 1d3 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5
Bite 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (7) + 1 = 8 to hit, damage 1d4 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6
Ujarak's turn.

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Walker, Rish, Daenan:
Claw attack on Rish
1d20 + 11 ⇒ (17) + 11 = 28 to hit, damage 1d8 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
OK, fairly sure that Rish is out for the count.
As Rish collapses with the pain, the dragon snakes out its head to seize Walker in its jaws.
Bite attack on Walker (the bite has 15' reach and you conveniently strayed into it with your movement)
1d20 + 16 ⇒ (19) + 16 = 35 to hit, damage 2d9 + 9 ⇒ (3, 2) + 9 = 14
It then shifts 5' closer.
The warriors rush to close and finish Walker but as they raise their clubs the leader barks an order and they pause. He looks at Walker expectantly, a smile playing on his lips. The dragon looms behind Walker, poised and waiting.
I'm assuming Walker is actually conscious.
Walker.

Kaerishidlon Greenbriar |

Kaerishidlon collapses with the dragon's strike. -5, so rolling for stabilization
Stabilization: 1d20 + 1 - 5 ⇒ (13) + 1 - 5 = 9
Oh, so close. Now at -6.

Walker Tair |

walker readies an action to attack if he is attacked. he will keep this ready every turn until he sleeps.
"Alright, well now that my friend who insulted you is down for the count, I suppose I speak for our group. We'll go peaceably, but I won't be surrendering. I will walk, unbound, with you and we can talk. Perhaps I can even be of use to you, I am a healer."

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

Walker, Rish, Daenan:
Stabilisation checks please from Daenan and Rish.

Walker Tair |

Walker watches him cast the spell. "Why don't we wait and see? If you don't need a healer, perhaps we could peaceably drink and come up with some other way I can remain helpful while free."
spellcraft: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (4) + 8 = 12 what spell did he cast?
not a fan of lost player agency under any guise, so you're going to have to kill me or knock me out. i'd only give up my stuff if it meant sure escape, i could make more later. but i won't willingly give up my stuff and surrender to these folks. and if my stuff goes missing i will be very problematic about it later on. not trying to make it an issue now, just letting you know so you can decide if you want to kill walker or just knock him out. Either way i will take my readied action which will be my last acid (which i will add to my sheet if i survive, to correct my previous oversight).

Kaerishidlon Greenbriar |

[spoiler=Daenan, Aubrey, Walker]
-6 and rolling for stabilization
Stabilization: 1d20 + 1 - 6 ⇒ (20) + 1 - 6 = 15
Whew.

Ujarak Berrycloth |

Ujarak tries to twist the warrior's arm back, restricint his movements.
Grapple check to pin: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (11) + 5 = 16

Aubrey the Demented/Malformed |

OK, there've been comments about railroading and so on. I think it's best if Walker and Daenan leave the game, as it won't be to your tastes and you won't enjoy it. I thank you both for being honest with me, and I think I should be honest with you. Thank you both for taking part, hopefully I will see you around the boards.
And if others have qualms, please let me know now.

Kaerishidlon Greenbriar |

I'm still here. Sorry to see people unhappy, but ultimately, it's a game. If you aren't having fun, there's little reason to stay.
