Jing, Lesser Restoration does not regain Drain, it only does Damage, you would need Restoration, or greater restoration, same is true for the Restore Eidolon, Lesser as it functions the same as Lesser Restoration

1) Knowledge Arcana or Planes check First
then

GM,could we get a little more information on what appears to be causing the Con drain? Does it seem to be somehow related to the heat? Is it localized, as in we could move out of it? Does it seem to be still occurring (a continuous effect)? How do we feel from it, poisoned?

Enora would have to enter the room, make a fort save for coming up to the door, and going into the room, then start at the beginning of the checks so yes it is do able.
there is no secondary effect, for those in the room its a High Radiation, though from the doors to 20' away is low radiation, which is less damaging, however after that its clear, as for it being continuous even though Radiation itself has a deteriorating effect on the physical body, this does not have any lingering effects
