The next day....
Kael looks at the group-Any opposed to heading towards the walls of Inevitable? I'm not sure we have enough information to do more than that. You all are from here, so maybe you will have an idea as to where to go. I would think starting with whatever bastion the Hellknights formerly occupied would be a good start. That's assuming, of course, that we can make it inside the walls.
Unless any object on to Inevitable and likely doom!

we should at the least have a look....no sense in going to the spire with this at our back....somehow i think that box we fetched for Gorloth had something to do with this....we may have kept our end of the bargain in getting him that...but our obligation ends there and we might have to set some things straight....im with you Kael
Pnin
I've long wanted to return to Inevitable. These are not the monsters I've dreamt of slaying, but these monsters need to be slain too. Many debts need to be repaid.
Perception back to Inevitable: Perception: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (1) + 26 = 27

Kael stares at the closed gate and jokes-Well, looks like no one's home; they didn't even leave a bell out to ring. Time to head home, eh?
With less frivolity-Maybe we should scout the walls and see if there is some other way in. I don't fancy climbing over and I'm not sure Pnin's lockpicks will work on something that big.
Sanrael Bloodthorn
having been slaves here for a while....would we not be aware possibly of a way in?? what kind of roll if any would that be?
Sanrael Bloodthorn
Pnin...i seem to recall you knew your way around....you also Curral....
Sanrael Bloodthorn
perception: 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (20) + 16 = 36 sanrael looks with Pnin....and grips the hammer.....

Move to the South wall of the town and head towards the forest and try our luck at finding secret passages.
Pnin, you are a cat of many parts. Let's go find a secret entrance and see if we can't give our foes an unpleasant surprise.
Pnin
Pnin sees if the party agrees to move into the woods, if so depart to begin looking for the secret entrance:
Perception: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (6) + 26 = 32
Survival: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (17) + 3 = 20
Rereading the above posts, I'm not sure if we are at the south gate yet. But I just wanted to make sure I posted before getting on my flight.
Kael Cullen
Kael nods-I think that's the right approach Pnin. I don't believe our chances against guarded gates and walls are very good. Unless Curral has a song for that. Maybe something like: You don't have to take this crap, You don't have to sit back and relax, You can actually try changing it, I know we've always been taught to rely, Upon those in authority, But you never know until you try, How things just might be, If we came together so strongly, Are you gonna try to make this work, Or spend your days down in the dirt, You see things can change, Yes and walls can come tumbling down."
Kael follows Pnin into the woods to look for the alleged secret entrance.

The party intent on searching fails to notice a pack of ogre sized zombies until they loom out of the fog to attack!

Damn this fog! It's so thick, next ninja dragons will sneak out of it and catch us unawares...
Kael attacks Pnin's ogre in hopes of giving him the opportunity to flank and sneak.

Kael moves over to attack Pnin's foe striking him once with his sword. Curral begins a tune. Sanrael strikes his foe a solid blow. Pnin's first shot misses his foe and hits Kael instead (Pnin a nat 1 means something bad happens), his second shot strikes the large undead creature bringing it down.

San-your BAB is +6/+1 now which means you should be attacking 2x/round with a full attack? I still think you are adding your bonuses wrong. Darkvision-can you run a check?

+3 hammer vs undead...+2 undead favored enemy...+2 currals crooning...

Are you adding the +3 vs. undead in addition to the +2? +4STR;+6BAB;-2 PA. Yeah your math could be stronger than mine. You still need to attack twice a round.
