If you have not already done so, please post links to your threads in the sign-up sheet and begin mustering your players.

To my fellow Box Runners:
Okay, so I just wanted to apologize to everyone that the player functionality for the online PACG database is NOT yet working. We've had some major issues with my development server and I have not yet gotten them resolved. I apologize for not hitting this deadline.
That said, the online database works perfectly well as is, your players will just be forced to use a more rudimentary way of dealing with the cards in their deck, such as this:
Deck Handler
I'll get my tables created and start mustering players now.

Ethelnir, I just sent you an email. Thanks for posting your link.

Hello. GM for a lower level table here. I'm excited this is my first special as a GM>

![]() |

Hm, that's disconcerting. That does seem to happen from time to time, though, and it usually seems to fix itself. Hopefully they will start showing up for you.

Google Slideshow with maps/portraits/handouts for anyone who needs it HERE.
I may need to alter permissions for people to download. Let me know.

Since we've begun mustering, can we begin running the players through the tasks in the Preparations section on p.8?

Hi all, I’m the GM running the Discord-based Roll for Combat (RfC) table. Handle is GM BBlackwood. I’m happy to say we’re full, but you could come watch the table (table 20) here: Discord invite and of course enjoy the other games and podcasts going on.

That's a good idea. Go ahead and get a jump start on that once you have everyone checked in.

GM Blake |

We need the Overseer initiation (for it to make sense). Do you want your Table GMs to go ahead and post that little Overseer blurb to save you some hassle?

![]() |

What's the schedule going to be like for when each individual part begins and ends?
I'm working on the schedule. I'll have it posted by tonight.

I'll post it this afternoon.

GM Zoomba |

Thanks a lot Woodenman!
GM Dennis: I've reached out to my table, and one of them has let me know he's overextended and will be dropping. Should I reach out to one of the people on the Waitlist? (1-2 table, looks like EwokBanshee is up at the top)

Echoing the thanks, Woodenman, for the helpful slides. Saves me a lot of work.

Hey everyone,
If you are on Discord, please send me your username. We are going to create a thread on there as well, in case the site goes down again.

![]() |

To clear up a bit of confusion: each PC may participate in each preparation task, but only using one of the listed skills. For each one, they may either make their own check or aid someone else using the same skill.

GM Cwethan |

I think just reports of confusion about the mustering activities from some tables - nothing in this thread :)

Yeah, sorry. I'll try to remember to tag statements as relevant to RPG, ACG, or both.

Hey all —-
Early feedback from the Session One Surveys indicates that two simple things kept games moving and players engaged:
1) Get a hangout for your group. Get your party chatting there and tell them when you’ve made a GM post. It is outage insurance and makes games move faster.
2) Get botting spoilers for each player, and ask if they can help bot each other so that you can concentrate on combat posts. Keep it moving. Your players don’t want to miss out just because one or two player are busy with real life!!
This has been a service message!!

Is there a link to the current wait-list of players? "caps" just informed me he or she will not be able to join my table (Tier 5-6), so I have an opening.

![]() |

There's a waitlist on the sign-up sheet, on the AoA tab of this document.

GMs! As we approach the beginning, I've posted a few things to the top of this page:

![]() |

Each table should have gotten an overseer post from me tonight (text repeated below). If I missed your table, please let me know!
Text of announcement:
***OVERSEER ANNOUNCEMENT***
Heavy clouds are gathering above Absalom, and the city is tense with anticipation of the coming battle. Suddenly, bright light patterns flash from atop Skyreach. A few minutes later, the sound of an explosion rumbles through the city as an old wooden granary erupts in flames. A little farther away, a stone bridge collapses, dropping a group of soldiers to their deaths. Soon the air is alive with frightened screams, the sound of hurried footsteps, and moments later, the booming blare of a brass horn that rises above the din of a city in chaos. A messenger runs past, shouting: “The horn! We should gather at the Grand Lodge! Let’s go!”
GMs, you have one day to complete the mustering and preparation section. I will signal the beginning of part 2 tomorrow (October 2nd).

![]() |

RPG GMs, I've posted the beginning of part 2 in your threads. If I missed anyone's table, please let me know. I will get the Aid Tokens circulating later today.
ACG BRs, BR Hawkmoon will get you launched later this morning.

GM Blake |

I usually follow the rule of 2. First two votes for the same place and off we go.
Me too.

I revealed that there were a selection of missions during Part 1 and gave the group an idea of what type of missions they were. They chose the first three before Part 2 started, so we have a bit of a head start.
