9/25-9/30 - Mustering and preperations

10/1 - The Signal Horn, box 1. Finish preparations.

10/2 - The Signal Horn, box 2 (beginning of part 2)

10/19 - End of Part 2/Intermission/Start of Part 3

Approx. 10/30 (based on succcesses) - Broken Horns condition. Wrap up current encounter and move to encounter L.

Approx. 11/6 (7 days after Broken Horn) - End of scenario

As in right now or when I finish current combat?

Use your best judgement for your table. If you're nearly done with the current combat, go ahead and finish it if you'd like. If not, feel free to narrate the rest of it and move on to the new area. The goal is for your players to have fun, and to have plenty of time for the next few encounters, which are lots of fun.
