I am going to need a backup starting tomorrow evening.

![]() |

Just want to confirm, there was no opportunity to rest/recover between Parts 2 and 3, right?

![]() |

For how long Eddv?
I can fill in, if needed.
Thursday evening through Sunday evening.

Even with the gift Hippocampi, my 1-2 table seems to be floundering. They didn't make the "half party needs to make easy ride check" to avoid, so now they're facing the jellyfish, which do not look fun for this party. The ninja is particularly peeved. I will have to remind them of all the boons they have available, and maybe the option to flee and join the other front.

Nothing can be more glorious than death by jellyfish!

EM±GM |

Umm... question...
So am filling in for eddv on his core tier 1-2 table.
And he seems to be missing critters from the first fight (part J) at the wall.
The scenario calls for 4
He seems to have only put 2 out.
Not sure if I'm missing something somewhere that might have removed 2?
Otherwise, going to have 2 more phase in!

GM Cwethan |

Our Mysterious Benefactor was also asking for one in the Recruitment/Token Passing Thread.

![]() |

I'm covering for Gustavef, he reminded his table they are currently holding an Aid Token on Tuesday and I did the same yesterday, should I send the Token to another table if they didn't use it on K2? Or do I wait for Gustavef to sort it out on Monday?
EDIT: Reported a Minotaur Success under Gustavef's name. (Should've used mine?)

![]() |

Yeah, tell them to use it now or you pass it. Using gustavef's name to report is great.

![]() |

Defeated the first minotaur commander. Team's trying to decide whether to try then next one or go to the harbor and fight the Silent Tide.
Any sense of how the House is doing re successes? The players are wondering if it matters.

GM Z..D.. |

The link up top that says success progress should give you an idea.

The two paths are currently dead even at 6/21.

Hey all, asking for who needs aid tokens is nice, but it also means that only GMs that are quick to respond end up getting them. Take a look at the Recruitment thread and find a GM that hasn't had one in a while, and pass it to them.

GM Blake |

PC Death. Fateful action starts here.
Grog (injured from AOE spell) moves through threatened zone. AOO hits.
Blue minotaur moves and attacks (hits).
Red minotaur attacks (hits).
Grog is dead.
Aid Token with healing boost was available for 24 hours, and players acted and posted after Aid Token was announced and before Grog's final blow.
I don't know if anyone has a breath of life scroll in the party, but I wouldn't mind a VA reviewing to make sure everything is kosher.
EDIT: Of course, now they remember they have an aid token.

GM Blake |

They were getting anxious. I retconned the use of the aid token, even though at least 2 of them saw it, including the person who had 2 HP standing next to two minotaurs when he saw it.
I don't enjoy killing characters. I'll use reasonably poor tactics to give them fighting chances. However, I don't want to be too lenient and get a reputation for being an "easy" table. So let me know if retconning the healing was the wrong way to go. I won't take it back from them, but I will make sure to not do it in the future if that's the case.

![]() |

I think it's fine. It's easy to miss things in specials, and Aid Tokens aren't something they have to think about in 'regular' games. Honestly, I would have allowed them to retcon as well (but then again, I'm definitely a softy in that regard).

![]() |

Can you please pass the aid token to greenclaw for me.

![]() |

Close to defeating a second Minotaur commander. Should happen today.

GM Cwethan |

Redelia's right. I would lean heavily on them to go to the ships.
A properly linked "Are you really sure?" should hopefully do the trick.

![]() |

Reported a second Minotaur success. I'll encourage my table to consider the foes in the harbor and discourage them from tackling a third minotaur boss two tiers up.

![]() |

Hey all. We're close to the end of this section, and we're close to having both conditions met. Please make sure you report any successes right away so I can call conditions when we reach them.

![]() |

Sunken Ships is triggered. Don't start new undead encounters (and if your party is still making their way to the ship, consider having it sink before they can get there). Broken horns if very close, too. The next encounter should open up shortly.
------
***OVERSEER ANNOUNCEMENT***
Pathfinders and Wave Riders board the last of the Silent Tide’s command ships. Only a moment later, the ship veers, crashes, and begins to sink, joining the Flotsam Graveyard’s wreckage. Table GMs, the Sunken Ships condition on page 29 is now in effect.
