I made a mistake. Reading the stat blocks, you get a DC 12 Reflex Save to halve the splashing bomb damage. Time to roll a bunch of Reflex Saves. If you save you get 2 HP back.

Darven and Carini return with arrows, but the goblins are too small and too quick to hit. As Hortensia puts out the flames, Loni arrives and cures all of the alchemical burns in an instant.

Maybe that story about his cousin running through a burning building to save her husband and emerging unscathed was true. Maybe great grandpa really did date a fire elemental... nah.
