The party prepares for more trouble, and the goblins are ready to dish it out!

The Green Goblin flees from the Air Elemental (provoking an AoO) and hurls an explosive vial at it. "You killed Foamy!"

"Oooooo" The two goblins stare at Darven's bead as it explodes in their faces.

The ladder is 15' up, and you climb at quarter speed?
So Kavor Doan would climb 5' with a single move. He takes one move (well really only 15') to get to the ladder and then 5' up.
Next round a double move will place him on the rafter.

@Hortensia: I keep forgetting that. The normal damage was enough to kill, though.

Kavor climbs up to the rafters and the Green Goblin yelps.

The blue goblin, feeling extra smug, also yelps as Hannar emerges unfazed from the flames and magically hits him back. It's clear the Blue goblin doesn't have much longer to live...

Hortensia rolls along the floor to extinguish the flames. She's prone, but not aflame.

Thanks for the bot; Carini would also have moved away from the rafter with her move action last round, as her bow has enough range to fire from anywhere in the room. Since that doesn't change any other actions or outcomes, I'll go ahead and mark that movement and then take this round's actions.

Carini continues to back away from the rafters, increasing the distance between her and the liquid fire raining down from above. She fires another arrow up towards the ceiling.

@Carini: Extinguishing flames is a full round action, so you wouldn't be able to move.

Darven and Carini return with arrows, but the goblins are too small and too quick to hit. As Hortensia puts out the flames, Loni arrives and cures all of the alchemical burns in an instant.

Hannar takes a look at his skin - no burns. He felt the heat as the bombs went off around and on him, yet he sports no injuries. Maybe his fire affinity is manifesting in ways he doesn't understand. Maybe that story about his cousin running through a burning building to save her husband and emerging unscathed was true. Maybe great grandpa really did date a fire elemental... nah.
