Spell Penetration is always good on spellcasters :) We WILL be facing SR at some point, more than once I imagine.
Yeah, but Nime doesn't spend a lot of time casting spells on the enemy. I think Prophetic Visionary really fits with her character and behavior.

Had a moment this weekend that tickled me. Was over at a friend's house for a FTF game. There was a visitor while we were playing and he began to expound on playing D&D back in the day with his wife as DM and was relaying typical gamer anecdotes.
He was in his late 70's.

@Brainiac: re. Leadership. I've assumed I get a +1 leadership mod for 'special power' but nothing else, since I guess we're not famous enough for 'great reknown' yet?. Also got a -1 for different alignment so I'm on a score of 10 right now. That all sound kosher?

So apart from the guard captain we're ready to buckle down right?
Guards and Wards for all of floors 3, 4 and 5. Alarm spells at the bedroom doorway and the middle of the stairs on 2, 3, 4.
All windows closed and shuttered. Chimney in kitchen closed as well. Only real question is do we send someone (Shen? with invis and best perception?) to the roof in order to be our scout?
I can use Telepathic Bond twice to link us all mind to mind as well. (3 people per cast incl me, so me and two others if we're doing groups might work?)

Silent Image - Clegg's door and the corresponding ones on the lower floors so that its not too obvious what we've covered up.
Magic Mouth in middle of top two floor corridors? Should be a good verbal cue if they get in somehow and we don't know about it.
Stinking cloud in the real bedroom, and maybe the one below as well?
Suggestion on the vault door perhaps? 'Go down to the ground floor' or something like that?

I'm honestly pretty terrible at planning this sort of thing out, so I'll just go with whatever you guys suggest for this and play it off as Theo having a better head for this stuff than I do.

Post all guards + captains at the southern door, then split us up into two groups for the other two? Rudrik + Nime and Theo in one, Callie, Shen and Ayavah in the other? That splits our healing and our tanks.
Shen will Bond with Nime and Theo I think.
With the axe beaks stashed somewhere else, anyone coming through the stable door still has to enter through the same hall the northern doors open on to. So there's really only two sets of doors to worry about.
Wanted to give everybody a heads up. I'm in Hurricane Dorian's potential path, but I work for a local news station so I'll likely be working 12-hour shifts starting in the next few days and throughout the week. Posting will likely be sporadic, especially if we lose power at home.

@Nime: true. Let's just lock the door from B12 outside and leave all the doors into B11 open, so that if some thing does happen we can see/hear it easily from the front door.
We can use B11 as a staging post for the guards as well.

6th level spell so 11th level caster giving us 200 sq ft x 11: 2200 sq. feet. or 88 5' squares, so yeah we can hit all the halls and stairs above the ground floor. The 'Lost Doors' effect can cover all the doors on the 3rd floor.
Picking a single effect from dancing lights, magic mouth, stinking cloud, gust of wind or suggestion, I agree that we should place a suggestion at the entrance to 22, 'go downstairs immediately'.

Ayavah doesn't have much of use right now. Stone Shape is definitely her best party trick for this!

Just to be sure I'm looking at the map right; is Theo able to step away from the door he and Calendula are covering far enough to get line of sight on the cultists.

I counted one dead, one charmed and one so nearly dead (slowed too) that it was a foregone conclusion :D
Do the melee fighters want any of the weapons particularly? If not we should pick for value, which I think are the +1 flaming weapons?
Following her normal pattern, Nime isn't interested in any of the items that Zincher is offering. If there's nothing there that anyone wants then we should take the most valuable and liquidate it. ;)
So what's our next stop?
