A long passageway extends past multiple prison cells before ending within a barred chamber to the east. An alcove along the south wall includes another set of iron doors leading south, while opposite this a barred gate provides access to another set to the north.

As you advance into the hallway a few (4) spectral figures emerge from the walls and attack you.

As you look around in the dungeon after dispatching the specters who dispatched Rayne, you find one occupied cell. Within is a buck naked human strapped down on his cot looking up at the ceiling above him.

Door was locked but you are able to open it by picking the lock.

Suspended above him from the ceiling is a lot of equipment (armor, weapons etc.) likely left then to taunt him while he's strapped down.

I just pulled a name from the previous pages I've read - he seemed to be listed as being in charge.


That's accurate enough as backstory goes. Of course I also generally don't care about backstory since we're don't take anything seriously here (in a game of gestalt+mythic how can we?).

But in an amusing story about my recruitment for my normal WotR game. I specified it was beer and pretzels and wanted no more then a paragraph of background. One person posted up a background of close to two pages, and then wondered why I didn't choose them.

Following the right hand rule, we go down the hall until the doors leading to G5. Going though the doors we continue to G5. If we make it in there, then continuing to check G5a rooms (W, SW, SE) then G6.

Eyeing Kendren who was naked and now getting dressed and squeezing into that full plate.

"Ya know Kendren, you might want to lay off the beer and pretzels in the down time. It is kind of hard to find an armorer out here in the World Wound to let out that full plate in the tummy a bit. I have some of this flexible metal I found that kind of looks like spears but says "Bowflex" on it, I thought it was some special bow material, but turned out to be nothing like a bow and not really good for making weapons. But it's good for some resistence during working out if you want to, you know, work on those abs hiding under that belly."
