Dotting!
Google Docs isn't too much of a challenge. If you have a Google account (it's hard not to these days), then you can set it up easily.
The Dawn of Worlds system seems simple enough, and genuinely interesting! The system mentions inches on the map, which may be difficult in a digital campaign, but otherwise I see no problem with using it. Of course, discussing exactly what everyone involved wants would probably be a good idea -less of a chance for the interests of different players to clash.

I think the 'Dawn of the Gods' is awesome, since you will be creating your world from the ground... this way you avoid the 'adding another god to explain anohter race which will fight and probbably kill another of your race, so you add another god...' stuff.
Tolkien is na exemple... his world is so f***ing perfect because he created everything from the ground (Silmarillion).
I thought about sending you my files, but they are all in Portuguese ¬¬.
