If I may be a little meta-gamey (Drak is grappling a Behir, I earned this)
It's a really close call. you hit with a 19 before, which means it should have an AC of 17 or less now at the moment (due to being in a grapple). Assuming flanking and dual wielding you hit on a 5 or better (7 if you power attack). Could be less depending on it's precise AC.
If the thing tries to bite Drak again it needs to get through my clones (but it's been shown that it definitely can). It choose not to bite and just reverse the grapple but all in all that would be a net benefit for everyone. Then there is the breath weapon, which is probably the most worrisome thing....
A heal would be the safer route, but if you roll low 4 HP probably won't help him remain conscious (though it may very well may protect him from death).
All in all - I'm not sure. As I said before it is very close but my instincts say try and kill the thing.
Still it's your choice, you make the call.
I hit you for 9 hps of healing and you can lay on hands as a swift + smite evil and still swing.

Malthu, sorry about forgetting Bless, I know it is a bit annoying. I play an oracle in PFS play by post games. He attempts to use Bless on the first round of most fights, however almost unfailingly at least two of the group forget to account for it and a little voice in my head goes something like (DAMN YOU, REMEMBER BLESS, DON'T LET IT FEEL LIKE I'VE WASTED MY SPELL AND ACTION).
Now I guess karma goes around full circle and I was the one who didn't account for it.
Bless is just so easy to forget sometimes. :P

I just have to say; it's good to see a group actually notice the moral dilemma of this situation! I guess I am a bit jaded when some of my local groups miss out on their characters interactions in situations like this.
I like it personally. Gives more of a chance to explore the 'not good' side of Drak.

Happy new year, got delayed a bit as I got home and the internet was down. Of course no one wanted to come fix it during new years, got it fixed now so post going up soon.
Right best I explain the experiment I was trying, didn't quite work out how I wanted it to but I will try a bit harder with it. Basically I wanted to give you guys a combat with more than the objective of 'kill them' as you guys burn through CR+(2-3) appropriate challenges with ease. I will try to bake in more objectives so you guys have a bit more of a challenge on your hands with each fight. If people do have suggestions or critiques as I go along with this do say, it would be much appreciated.
