As the tied group begins the slow process of crossing the walkways and unsettling calm fills the room.

To speed this up everyone make 3 perception rolls and 3 acro rolls.

As Akio begins to cross the chasm he loses his footing and slides but fortunately Masumi is able to keep the warrior from slipping off he side. I'm assuming you are only walking at half speed.

Reminder of the room set-up:

At least eighty feet long, and half that wide, this vast chamber is shaped like some vast egg, with three five-foot wide walkways crossing the length of it, each walkway being five feet apart from the one beside it. Above the walkways, the ceiling curves down to the walls, which themselves curve away into the floor below the walkways. A dim reddish
glow radiates up from the floor so that the whole room is cast in a dim scarlet light, with the shadows of the walkway moving atop the rounded ceiling. On the far side of the room, the walkways lead to a vast arch, beyond which is another chamber.

Akio:

You remember great eyeless shadow, gloating at you as you usher a row
of men past his domain.

Masumi:

You remember winged wraiths bearing down upon your platoon and the
sound of your horse screaming.

An incorporeal figure begins to solidify 30 feet away on the walkway that you are on...

I'll roll out initiatives soon.

Since the others have apparently dropped the game and this is the final battle, I'm just going to have it between you two and the Lord creature. That will speed it up besides I don't want to DMPC that many characters.

The lord moves up in front of Masumi and strikes out with one claw,

claw1: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (14) + 7 = 21;damage: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (6) + 2 = 8

Acro: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (5) + 10 = 15

As the Lord swings at Mausmi he loses his balance and slides off the edge of the walkway.

EDIT: I looked at the wrong creature's stats for the acro and attack.

acro: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (20) + 17 = 37

He did not fall.

claw 1: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24;damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12
