@DMDE - a clarifying question - your description says that Zellara's head is several days old, meaning it's been sitting in the box for that long. If I recall right, we've just come from Zellara this evening, dispatched to kill Lamm. Does this mean that she was somehow already dead, and we spoke with a doppelganger or some other impostor? Or is this just an artifact of your very kindly picking up this game after it was abandoned and you missed the timing of when we came to get Lamm.
I'm not looking for spoilers or anything, I just don't want Gyllan to get all freaked out by the fact that a dead woman dispatched them to kill Lamm, if that's not what you meant.

Not sure if any of you are PFS players, but if so you should be aware of this event which is a huge effort to build interest in PbP PFS. I am running a game (Silent Tide 00-01) and playing in a few others. Many tiers and scenarios are represented, but you must join up at Warhorn site to officially sign up. DM Doc - was just looking at Gyllan's profile and realized I never asked you about languages (or if I did, I can't find the post). Gyllan has two extra languages to select - can you recommend any based on the campaign and the setting? He wouldn't speak Infernal, I don't think, so it won't affect the current moment in the game. He currently speaks Common and Varisian.
Shoanti might be valuable and I can see it fitting in his backstory somewhere. While Infernal might seem odd, with the devil worshipping Chelish so involved in Korvosa, it might also be a decent choice and tie in. Dwarven (from the dwarfs of nearby Janderhoff) is possible.
The AP mostly takes place (for the near future) in the city so language might not be as important as otherwise.

What if we try to unload some of the loot we found, maybe get a couple of unknown magic things identified? Gyllan knows a guy, I'm sure. That way we'll have gp and pp instead of a bunch of random trinkets, might come in handy.
Agreed. I don't know what the loot share will end up as per person, but I'd rather liquidate what we don't need or can't use.
Is there anything on that Loot Tracker list that anyone wants to claim? I can get the gold value ready, but un appraised items may result in you getting a bit swindled (not a certainty).

I definitely did not want to ditch any magical items.
And Corso - you'll keep the silver ring rather than having the 150 gp? How do we want to handle the accounting of stuff like that? I'd rather have money towards better gear, and if you keep the ring, we all get less gold.

I am certainly in favor of purchase of a CLW Wand for the party as Arianna's Healing Hex will only go so far.

Your call on the wands, Gyllan had said don't sell any magic items. If you choose to flip them also, just lmk. You can get 1/2 purchase value as shown on the Loot Tracker.

Yes, selling the wand of MM works for me, I was a bit too sweeping in my earlier statement.
But I think after the wand of CLW, we each only get 300 gp, Corso. So either your sword or your finery may have to wait...
Honestly, I'm perfectly willing to sell both wands. Selling both wands would add 277.5 gp to the pool (or 55.5 gp each), so that each person's share after purchasing the wand of CLW would be 355 gp and 5 sp.
Anyone have an issue with selling off both wands?
