Yeah, I don't think we even have three.

It's unfortunate. Maybe I can try again later with a more definitive story arc. That might help

Perhaps you are right. Planescape has its definite fans - maybe they just need somethig to hook them into the setting via an equally definitive plot-device. The Lady of Pain has disappeared/is becoming more chaotic/is randomly killing Faction leaders...

I'd personally rather steer clear of Bloodwar/fiendish stuff...
